Responsibilities (how we will measure success)

The successful incumbent will represent the first line of defense, with a focus on providing quality periodic review work on both clients and investors, supporting the Asia Pacific Team. • You need to be able to assist the AML/KYC team, as and when needed;

Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)

• You will take part of the annual FATCA & CRS reporting by the relevant deadline to the tax authority;
• Check the quality of FATCA & CRS self-certification & due diligence (Such as W-8 and/or W-9 forms), as and when required;
• Preparation of W-8IMY and withholding statement;
• Preparation of the Record of Steps;
• Preparation of DAC7 notification letters to reportable investors;
• You will be required to respond to queries from our stakeholders (clients, colleagues, Tax authority), under supervision where required, especially in writing, in a timely and courteous manner;
• Promote ideas for process improvement and assist in their implementation;
• To ensure that time sheet is accurately updated;
• To promote a positive attitude and team approach by maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues;
• To ensure protections of information assets of IQ EQ.

Engage with bilingual (English and Spanish) customers through voice channels to address inquiries, concerns, and requests related to mortgage products, services, and account information
•    Provide accurate and comprehensive information about mortgage options, interest rates, loan terms, and other relevant details to assist customers in making informed decisions
•    Assist customers in navigating online platforms and self-service tools, guiding them through account setup, payments, document submission, and other activities
•    Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues; escalate cases as necessary
