The Technical Account Manager I (TAM-I) is an integral part of the Registry Customer Support Team. This position takes ownership and works alongside the technical and operational organizations to optimize Customer Experience, System Quality, and Operational Efficiency.

Customer Account Analyst is responsible for all collection activity related to Accounts Receivables. Provides timely, accurate and efficient support in collection operations particularly Basco Accounts.  He /She is also responsible to ensure all checks and cash collections are collected on time  from the customers.  Payment posting and counter validation is also his/her responsibility.  Custodian of the customer's records either digital or original copies.  Responsible for updating customers' accounts through the authorized financial system and official site/apps by the management.

1. Focus on customer’s payment collection as endorsed by the Team Leader

2. Ensure all collections are remitted on time either thru bank deposits or remitted to the cashier on a daily basis.

3. Ensure that all returned checks are properly monitored and coordinated to the customer for proper disposition.

4. Be an ambassador in achieving the team's goal on digital payments method, not limited to  Gcash, Petnet,Palawan Pera Padala, online banking and the like.

5. Ensure that the customer's Statement of Accounts are accurate as reference for collection.

6. Work hand in hand with the Sales team to strategize the collection effort especially accounts on past due.

7. Sending of collection and demand collection letters must be timely and proof must be properly filed in each customer’s account folder.

8. Endorse in a timely manner to the credit team the accounts due for court litigation.

9. Customer profile must be ready anytime as requested.  A site visitation to validate records is required.

10.  Prepares reportorial required by the management like aging report, collection report , credit/debit memos, Creditable Withholding Tax and all other reports necessary to submit to the management.

11. Performs other tasks as maybe assigned by the immediate supervisor.

• Managing Team Performance: Improve team performance on Customer Experience metrics (Resolution and CSAT) through call listening, behavioral coaching and setting effective action plans. Address Team level variation through targeted coaching for outliers and involving on Continuous Improvement activities.
• Accomplish weekly deliverables, such as:
  • Coaching compliance inclusive of RCAs and action Plans.
  • Weekly Audit requirement and call scrubbings
  • Team attendance infractions insights thru internal Sutherland attendance tool
• Provide ideas that can help the client improve their product, business, processes and/or policies
• Present Team Performance to Clients in as needed basis
• Client advocate: Address team attendance and attrition through relationship building and removing barriers that affect People Metrics. Improve employee morale
• Set up accountability discussions on attendance and performance challenges
• Report potential red flag on employee retention and partner with Operations Manager on stay interviews
• Keep employees in the loop for any internal and external updates
• Have Team participate on Site and Program employee engagement activities
• Come up with Team level mini engagement activities to hype morale

• Establish and maintain effective lines of communication with CS Teams regarding the progress of tasks and share information with GPT colleagues

You will build strong customer relationships with existing and new clients, gaining insight into their needs and delivering customer-centric solutions.  

Drawing on your existing experience you will be responsible for the AML/KYC preparation, analysis and set-up of the investors’ files eg. Individual, Company, Trust, Foundation, Regulated entity.

Balancing your day with different priorities and working closely with your colleagues to on-board our new clients is essential. Uou will follow-up of the KYC files with the relevant parties when needed such as Auditor, AIFM, Depositary, Compliance, Management. You will do AML screening, filing and scanning of the KYC documentation as well as receive, investigate and answer emails/ queries from internal and external parties in a timely manner.

• Ensure key project clients and international key customers are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients
• Maintains customer rapport and build relationship with key project owners, consultants and keep watch for business expansion. Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
• Collaborate with specs team to maintain and develop a network of direct contacts with Engineering Firms, Architects, consultants, main contractors (international and locals), Applicators thereby establishing a degree of TRUST for current and future Key Projects.
• Coordinate and maintain all KPMs, reporting in the different formats required.
• Coordinate with TM, sales, procurement and production to ensure availability of products for the projects and help to plan deliveries
• Prepare technical proposal for projects, presentations and ensure a proper technical message is passed to the client.
• Actively participates in all SPI projects regarding quality and the environment and fully supports and acts in accordance with the company policy.
• Ensures that the Quality and Environmental Management System is followed. 
• Ensures that all operating standards are always adhered.
