The Business Systems Analyst II is responsible for collaborating with the digital product managers (DPM), business system owners, and users to capture the right business requests and accurately translating them to specifications that aid design, coding and testing of complex software and/or data warehouse applications within the organization.

The incumbent performs a liaison function between the DPM, business users, software engineers and QA analysts for implementing software solutions in order to accurately realize business goals.

• Work with the business users and DPM to accurately capture all stakeholder requests and translate them into system specifications which typically include functional, non-functional, user interface, reports and external interface specifications.
• Work with software engineers to ensure that the engineering realization is in accordance with the business specification.
• Work with the testers to ensure that all software components are tested adequately and Participates in Quality Assurance testing as the IT workload requires.
• Provides guidance to stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve project and program objectives.
• Manages requirements risks by proactively tracking and communicating issues, and devising methods to mitigating them.
• Liaise with other project and program areas to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues.
• Analyzes, maps and communicates current state and future state business processes.
• Supports business units in the resolution of in-depth user questions and issues.
• Maintains a working knowledge of new technology and business analysis standards & practices.
• Collaborates with IT management to define and develop documentation & business analysis artifact standards, guidelines, processes, and templates.

The Senior Internal Audit (IA) Data Analyst (DA) will primarily be responsible for leveraging data analytics and automation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Arch’s internal audit / SOX work and continuous monitoring efforts. The candidate will also have responsibilities in addressing ad-hoc analytics requests, which may come from the IA Leadership Team. The candidate may also support and participate in audit / SOX work. This role reports to the Manager of Data Analytics in Internal Audit.

The ideal candidate will be located on the East Coast.

Responsibilities

Automation Initiatives: Identify opportunities and lead efforts to automate aspects of IT audit, business audit, and SOX work, reducing manual effort and enhancing coverage and accuracy.

Data Analytics & Insights:

• Utilize data analytic tools, programming languages, and big data technologies to identify, extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets for audit and SOX purposes.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and translate these insights into actionable recommendations for the IA team and / or stakeholders.

Data Visualization: Design and create compelling data visualizations to facilitate decision-making and communicate findings effectively for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with audit / SOX teams, IT professionals, and business stakeholders across the organization to understand their analytics needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Modeling & Forecasting: Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to build predictive models.

Training & Knowledge Sharing: Stay up-to-date with the latest analytics trends, tools, and industry best practices to ensure that the organization remains at the forefront of data-driven decision-making.

Ad-Hoc Analysis: Respond to requests for specific analyses from various departments as needed.

  • Responsible for ensuring accurate recording, analyzing, reporting, and reconciliation of all trade accounts receivables of PILMICO Foods Corporation. 
• General Ledger 
  • Responsible for analyzing detailed summary of company’s accounts, ensuring completeness, accuracy and integrity of company’s books on a Month to Date and Year to Date basis.
