• Accounting Supervisor
  • Responsible for the thorough, accurate and timely generation of Division Financial Statements. Provides financial insights of the division operations which may lead to profit optimization.
• Senior Finance Analyst 
  • Responsible for assisting the Finance Manager in preparing financial analyses, forecasts, and valuation studies for use in the development of financial and operational business decisions.
• Accounts Payable Specialist 
  • Responsible for thorough, accurate and timely processing of all invoices and/or employee-related non-payroll payments in accordance with the relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and service level agreements (SLA) of APSSC. 
• Accounts Receivables
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate recording, analyzing, reporting, and reconciliation of all trade accounts receivables of PILMICO Foods Corporation. 
• General Ledger 
  • Responsible for analyzing detailed summary of company’s accounts, ensuring completeness, accuracy and integrity of company’s books on a Month to Date and Year to Date basis.

Your job is to help the company deliver better products by conducting regular evaluation and testing of our software from an end-user perspective. Your output will contribute towards improving existing features and developing new feature ideas for potential implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Understand how end users are interacting with our various products and use this knowledge along with your user testing and usability experience to question and identify defects and improvements
• Conduct regular testing for user experience, ensuring that users are learning and using our interfaces more quickly and effortlessly; report test findings to Product and QA teams
• Look into various blockers for conversion and propose improvements
• Work with analysts to determine baseline for task success rate, time on task, user error rate, and others; conduct analysis and testing in order to help us improve performance based on these measures
• Ensure user journey meets business & customer standards, highlighting issues or improvements during requirements / testing phases  
• Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to meet the needs of customers, contributing domain knowledge and ideas that will help us develop better features for customers.

• At least 3 years’ experience as a UX tester/analyst.
• Creative and tech savvy
• With thorough understanding of UX design, information architecture, and testing for conversion; a background in design thinking will be great
• Passionate about UX and quality
• Proactive and a great communicator

ABOUT THE ROLE 

As an Accounting Support Officer, you will provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director and the onshore team. You will have a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for driving efficiency and excellence within the firm. You will be instrumental in maintaining the financial integrity of both the firm and the small businesses it serves. By ensuring accurate financial records and efficient transaction processing, you will be directly contributing to the financial health and success of the firm.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Perform daily bookeeping tasks, including keeping accurate recording financial transactions 
• Ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately reflected in cashflow statements. 
• Assist in the management and reconciliation of financial records, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliation. 
• Process payroll for a portfolio of small business clients, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and superannuation contributions. 
• Assist in the accurate processing of company's payroll including fringe benefits, superannuation contributions and ATO's Single Touch Payroll (STP) reporting. 
• Collaborate with the advisory team to provide clients with insights on their financial data and support them in making informed business decisions. 
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of financial management software and systems.  

• Assist in the prompt and accurate submission of financial reports to clients in compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations and company policies. 
• Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline and improve accounting processes and services 
• Support the Managing Director and the team with ad-hoc projects, presentations and meetings. 
• Liaise with clients and maintain strong professional relationships. 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting,, Finance, or a related field. 
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Australian accounting and taxation law. 
• Strong understanding of Australian payroll regulations. 
• Proficiency in using Cloud accounting software - Quickbooks, Xero and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. 
• Strong attention to detail, and exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritise tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage time effectively. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.  
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
