About the Role:
The client is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst in the Philippines to help build and grow a world-class engineering team and culture. While reporting directly to the VP of Engineering you will build out a new software category within the massive trillion dollar commercial construction industry. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our software solutions, ensuring they meet both our high standards and the evolving needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze Requirements: Work within a cross-functional team alongside our product team, developers, and other members of QA to review and analyze system specifications to ensure clarity and testability.
• Test Case Development: Write, prioritize, and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases based on the requirements.
• Manual Testing: Perform thorough manual testing to ensure software functionality aligns with specifications.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with automation engineers to transition manual test cases into automated scripts.
• Bug Reporting: Document and track bugs meticulously, working with the development team for timely resolutions. Track and update the team with metrics which capture trends and offer insights.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in sprint retrospectives and suggest improvements to enhance QA processes and practices.
• Reporting: Regularly update the team and management on test planning, test execution, and the status of software quality.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in software quality assurance, preferably in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, manual testing techniques, test management tools, and processes. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an agile development environment and a good understanding of its challenges and opportunities.

Position Summary: 
Provides analysis to different functions primarily to Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. Responsibility scope may include collaboration and back up supporting, but not limited to Manufacturing/Operations, SIOP,  Sourcing, Finance and management, of the entire business in reviewing, analyzing, documenting and validating user requirements, applications and processes. Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business growth in the current and new revenue streams.

Major Responsibilities:
•    Gathers and evaluates data from multiple sources.  Analyzes, reconciles and identifies measurable opportunities for improvement.  Identifies and implements audit processes to ensure data issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner. 
•    Develops and maintains processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity across the business. Creates and maintains workflows and approval processes based on internal stakeholder requirements 
•    Acts as subject matter expert for new processes, KPI’s, and data management. Collaborates with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements. Partners with various leaders to design optimal solutions that meet the business needs of our internal and external customers. 
•    Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes. Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
•    Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
•    Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
 

Required Education / Experience / Skills: 
•    With experience as a Data Analyst or a related field.
•    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably but not required ( Computer Science, Business and Sales related courses, Industrial Engineering) 
•    Detail oriented and accurate.
•    Proficient in MS Excel (including pivot tables).
•    Strong analytical skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets.
•    Flexible, able to work on own initiative, deal with more than one project at a time, can work under pressure and tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks accordingly. 
•    Very good communication skills, verbal and written.

The Finance Data Strategy, Governance, & Operations team leads strategic projects to enhance data quality and reporting with a focus on driving better data for analyzing the financial impact of transactional data. We partner closely with a cross-functional team to drive enhancements to our analytical infrastructure. We are seeking an Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, love solving challenging problems, can work independently, and is driven to getting to the “why”.

This successful candidate will be focused on validating, reporting, and enhancing Avid’s ARR – MRR and Subscription License data. These are key data sets that underlie critical KPI’s around customer and product retention and provide a wealth of insight for making smarter business decisions.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Gather and analyze data: Monitor analytics and provide insights and recommendations that drive performance improvements. Perform recurring weekly and monthly data review and analyses to support KPI reporting to publish KPI reports.

• Analyze process effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, make detailed recommendations, and measure impact of changes.

• Own improvements to documentation including data dictionaries, data definitions, process documentation and other methodologies, to help drive a single source of truth.

• Be responsible for the timely communication of data & reporting changes to cross-functional business.
• Provide guidance on the impact of technical changes on data and analysis and make recommendations during the development of new capabilities, functionality, quality assurance and ongoing production operations and validate the results.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience with progressively growing responsibility in FP&A, Business Operations, Sales Operations, or equivalent experience in a complex organization with a fast-paced environment
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Has ability to own and drive independent cross-functional analysis projects
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal & written
• Proven ability to interpret analysis and provide meaningful insights and recommendations

Position : Accounting Operations Analyst 4

Working Hours : 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM US Pacific Time (PST)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounting and financial files, including financial workbooks, property spreadsheets, and trackers
• Work with Property Managers, Asset Managers and other accountants to enter information into financial workbooks
• Assist with monthly reporting process
• Check emails daily (manage personal inbox, accounting inbox)
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Analyze financial data and provide support for accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including A/R analysis, collections, and vendor inquiries.
• Update ACH information and assist with tenant billings as needed.
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and budget-to-actual explanations, creating invoices and
  posting charges to tenant ledgers
• Provide support for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and reporting, including

The Accounting Associate is responsible for monitoring the schedule of payments by checking on the details and records of payments that are due to be made to different creditors. The position safe keeps the records of business debts and payments to be made for the services availed from other service providers or entities and other corporate obligations. Furthermore, the position ensures that payments made are properly validated through the presentation of periodic reports and payment schedules in order to ensure that proper funding is established prior to the settlement of payables. 

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all accounts payable matters for both regular and special expenses.
• Prepare checks and vouchers and all necessary attached documents for the payment process.
• Safe-keep and maintains records of assigned company transactions.
