The IT Service Management (ITSM) group within the Employee Enablement Solutions team (EES) at Visa is seeking a Service Manager with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to work autonomously. This role involves driving excellence across all employee-facing technology services, simplifying and optimizing IT services, and promoting a service culture focused on the employee experience. 

The standard working hours for this role currently are from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am, local Manila time. When the work necessitates it, you may be required to work outside of the prescribed work hours.  Visa reserves the right to adjust the standard working hours in future based on the business requirements

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) or more of the time based on business needs.

The Customer Account Analyst is responsible in ensuring accurate recording, analyzing, reporting and reconciliation of all trade accounts receivables of PILMICO Foods Corporation/PILMICO Animal Nutrition. The Customer Account Analyst is responsible in managing the customers account from day one (1) account set-up to ordering payment cycle.

1. Ensures timely collection of accounts receivables.
2. Coordinates with customer and Territory Business Managers (TBM) and/or Regional Sales Managers (RSM) on the collection of maturing and/or overdue accounts.
3. Evaluates customer requirements to minimize hold orders and recommends necessary moves.
4. Reviews and reconciles customers' account ledgers.
5. Prepares and records through Debit Note (DN) and Credit Note (CN) all adjustments pertaining to accounts receivables including its proper and necessary supporting documents.
6. Prepares and maintains Accounts Receivable Aging Schedule per TBM to be submitted on a weekly basis.

8. Generates and mails monthly Statement of Account to customers.
9. Attends to AR related queries and complaints from customers, TBMs and RSMs.
10. Prepares and submits the Monthly Report.
11. Monitors inventory and usage of accountable forms.
12. Monitors collection of withholding tax certificates.
13. Issues and records in the system Collection Receipts for all collections for the day. Sending of Collection Receipt to the customer.
14. Ensure Cash and Check are deposited timely to the bank for posting.
15. Ensure timely charging of bank facilities.
16. Ensure proper handling of returned checks.
17. Updating the Bank Statement File monitoring, ensure all payment are map accordingly
18. Performs other task as maybe assigned by the immediate superior.

As a Finance Analyst, will act as the focal person of all POS and inventory concerns in his area and  managing the day to day activities related to POS Management
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct reconciliation of customer point of sales and inventory against company records
• Track inventory on hand and sold through for customer and interface with customer to ensure accuracy of claimed rebates
• Provide support and training to customers regarding the point of sale data and inventory report process
• Load system data required to reconcile inventory
• Analyze distributor disputes in line with POS and inventory mismatch

The finance analyst is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, analysis, recording, documentation and dissemination of complex data sets. The candidate will process and reconcile finance related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, customer service and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The candidate will provide support during night shift corresponding to US EST working hours and be part of the Finance team.

As Accounts Receivable Analyst 1, he is the focal person of all rebates programs in his area  and managing the day to day activities related to Accounts Receivables

• Load system data required to calculate earned credits

As an Analyst 2, Finance, and part of the Global Payments, you will be responsible in processing the end-to-end payments for the assigned region or entity on a timely and accurate manner that requires close coordination with key stakeholders such as AP Team, Corporate & Local Treasury, and other Teams within GFO. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform day to day financial transactions, including timely and accurate processing and validation of invoices.

• The Analyst, Global HR Technology Solutions (Workday) will be a key contributor, starting with implementation and transitioning into steady-state operations.

Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for collaborating with the digital product managers (DPM), business system owners, and users to capture the right business requests and accurately translating them to specifications that aid design, coding and testing of complex software and/or data warehouse applications within the organization.

The BSA performs a liaison function between the DPM, business users, software engineers and QA analysts for implementing software solutions in order to accurately realize business goals.

• Works with the business users and DPM/Proxy DPM to accurately capture all stakeholder requests and translate them into system specifications. Writes user stories based on the epics or larger scope stories created by the DPM/Proxy DPM. Meets INVEST and DOR criteria for stories. Works with the Sprint team on breaking stories down into smaller vertical slices.
• Identifies and captures Acceptance Criteria for user stories. Works with the testers to ensure that all software components are tested adequately. Reviews test cases in Test Rails, collaborates with Developers and Testers on the right number of tests, types of tests applicable for the story, and the story DOD. Accepts the story on behalf of the DPM/Proxy DPM, confirms it meets the DOD.
• Collaborates with QA on documenting bugs found in non-production environments, captures them in Jira, meets DOR for bugs. Helps PDM/Proxy DPM prioritize non-prod bugs and issues, based on potential Production impact.
• Assists Support group with identifying DOR for Production bugs.
• Leads the end-to-end/integration testing, assists DPM in planning of the test effort. Collaborates with the business users/SMEs/stakeholders on the use cases and test cases.

• Be the SME for the application area your team owns. Have deep understanding of the current workflow, rules, dependencies, potential impacted areas.
