The Tax Analyst is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and ensuring the accuracy of tax filings and compliance with national and local tax regulations. He/She handles tax computations, reviews tax returns, and monitors tax payments for timely submission to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). The Customer Account Analyst is responsible for managing the customers account from day one (1) account set-up to ordering payment cycle: ensuring accurate recording, analyzing, reporting and reconciliation of all accounts receivables. Including but not limited to, monitoring bank deposits, posting payments, and managing collections in adherence to operational standards, policies & internal controls in the daily execution of responsibilities. Additionally, they assist the credit management team with various administrative tasks. 

1. Timely collection of accounts receivables including withholding tax certificates by conducting daily review of collection worklist for prioritization, doing call-outs to customers and/or Sales Partners, and recording updates and/or promises to pay in the system.

2. Daily updating and deposit identification of credit management handled bank accounts. In case of unidentified deposits, timely communication to bank partners for additional information and closure.

8. Monitoring and procurement of supplies and equipment inventory of the credit management department, as assigned.

9. Provide Monthly AR Aging report to Collection Manager and Credit Management Head highlighting the Past Due accounts requiring resolution.

Seeking a suitably qualified, and reliable Accounts Assistant (Management Accounting) to support the management accounting team with various tasks such general accounting and financial reporting. This position is responsible for the timely processing of all Social Development Management Plan (SDMP) payments to partner communities, clients and contractors and in ensuring the integrity of financial data in relation to SDMP project cost reporting. The role will report to the Supervisor-Management Accounting.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Prepares accurate SDMP financial reports in a timely manner;

 Timely and accurate review, validation, and processing of incoming invoices (e.g., PO, Non-PO, credit card statements) to accounting system.
 Ensure that invoices are properly coded and booked in accordance to SGS Chart of Accounts.
 Verify that the invoices comply with SGS policies and procedures.
 Audit travel and expense liquidation in accordance with existing rules and regulations.

 Assist in AP Subledger close and other month end activities
 Ensure monthly checklists are completed signed off by P2P Specialist/P2P Supervisor.
