• Support investment banking transactions including: pitchbook preparing, roadshows, due diligence, business/asset valuation, investors relations, etc.;
• Business development activities to support for global client expansion;
• Publish industry reports (for analyst position only)

• Work with top global entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, bankers etc.;
• Develop insights on key trends and life science technology;
• Gain exclusive working experience on licensing, M&A and investment advisory;
• Participate in regular training and team building.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
• Medical professional or medical background is preferred;
• Overseas education background or working experiences is a plus;
• Strong attention to details with well-developed analytical skills.
• Efficient with data-driven research and report writing;
• Passionate and knowledgeable about life science, venture capital and M&A
