People Management 

• Identify growth and development opportunities for Team Captains and team members
•  Monitor, improve, and maintain healthy operational efficiencies such as attendance, punctuality, and any  other people indicators.

Performance Quality Management 

• Monitor and assess Team Captains’ and team members’ performance, and provide timely feedback through regular coaching as well as through Weekly and Monthly performance reviews.
• Ensure that Team Captains and team members are properly trained and working consistently to meet client needs. 
• Ensure that the team captains meet company and client-specific KPI targets.
• Execute and follow standard operating processes.

Logistics 

• Ensure that team members and equipment needs are met to sustain service levels 
• Recommend/suggest relevant alternatives to the product or tool being used by the company and or client.

Internal Coordination 

• Work with the CXM to make recommendations for their Team Captains’ and team member's career path, and assist in making a comprehensive development plan for them. 
• Relay consistent challenges to CXM in a timely and efficient manner
•  Help in culture building particularly in embracing our Core Values and practicing the competencies of a Boldr leader.
• Provide guidance to advisors and analysts to foster growth and development, best practices, and optimal morale in the organization 
• Work directly with CXM to identify root causes and develop an action plan to meet KPI targets.

External Communications 

• Be familiar with the client’s key contacts, unique requirements, and operating processes.
• Demonstrate mastery of the company and Client’s offerings (i.e. its products and services)
•  Understand, investigate, and solve any complex client requests or complaints; particularly when multiple departments or teams are involved.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and additional client value, discussing directly with the Client Experience Manager.

YOU HAVE…

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any related field you’re passionate about! 
• At least 2 years of experience leading supervision/leadership roles
• At least 3 years of Client facing experience
• At least 3 years of experience providing coaching
• Basic knowledge of Root Cause Analysis

The role will be responsible for supporting end-to-end project accounting life cycle activities for assigned accounts and projects. The role will be involved with stakeholder coordination to execute processes that will drive the completion of assigned projects.

• Perform moderately complex tasks that support multiple and varied projects in compliance with the contract, service level agreement, define methodologies, and procedures
• May need to provide guidance to junior members of the team

Work Hours (Client) : M-F, 9 AM to 5 PM, Dubai Time

Work Hours (MNL) : M-F, 1 PM, to 9 PM, Philippine Standard Time

Pay Range : $2,000 - 3,500 USD/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Duties and Responsibilities:

Contract Management

• Ensure operations do not start (including providing nominations) until a written contract has been sent out or received from the counterparty as appropriate; where no contract is in place, the required exemption should be obtained.

• Check trader deal sheet/recap against Amicus contract, contact traders for corrections in case of discrepancies.

• Read and understand the contractual content, terms and conditions.

• Issue instructions to the relevant counterparties to execute the final contract, plus any amendments.

Financial Security

• Ensure no delivery is executed without adequate financial security in place as specified in the contract.

• Timely instruction for issuance of outgoing invoice/process of incoming invoices.

Cargo Management

• Nominate vessels under the contract agreed by the trader.

• Issue documentary instructions to meet the letter of credit (LC), customs, and contractual requirements.

• Issue custom declarations (where applicable).

• Appoint inspectors for Quality and Quantity (Q&Q) as per contractual requirements and other measures/analyses requested by traders.

• Process purchase, sale, and service invoices.

• Storage/Terminal management (where applicable).

Commercial Understanding

• Fully understand how each deal is priced and ensure pricing events are managed correctly.

• Basic understanding of hedging and the exposure on each cargo.

• Good commercial awareness in Operations – (e.g. volume tolerances, freight economics, demurrage savings, price exposure).

Vessel Management

• Clear the vessel with terminal and counterparties and vetting process through Charterers.

• Read and understand the fixtures.

• Issue instructions to the vessel on voyage orders/agents appointed / LOIs.

• Process all shipping invoices.

Insurance & Claims

• Quality and Quantity Claims Management

• Auxiliary Claims Management

• In the event of any issues during the execution of the contract, collect/coordinate documents, and correspondence with the Insurance company as required.

Coordination and Data Input

• Ensure correct and timely input of all details concerning the deal into the trading system

• Creation of Operators Files.

• Ensure the deal in the system is correct and matches final contractual terms.

• Enter and update vessel movements, event dates, Q & Q.

• Enter and update details for invoicing of goods plus costs for services.

• Maintenance and cleaning of cost accruals.

• Ensure pricing details are correct, to enable prompt invoicing.

• Timely issuance of outgoing invoices.

• Check and allocate incoming invoices for cargo and related costs.

• A minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in commodities trading, cargo, and/or shipping operations in refined products.
• Knowledge of the international trading environment and operational experience in West Africa /Arabian Gulf / Singapore / Malaysia is a plus.
• Knowledge of operational and financial procedures.

Position: Operations Manager for Venture Capital (VC) Fund

About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Remote Operations Manager to support our General Partners (GPs). This role requires exceptional coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate should be based in the Philippines, with a deep understanding of U.S. business practices and a passion for the gaming sector. The role would interface primarily with Europe, but liaise with the Managing Director in the United States as well. 

Responsibilities:

1. Information Management: Assist in gathering and managing sensitive financial, personal, and tax information for our Director of Finance and business partners. Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with all relevant regulations.
2. Cross-Team Initiative Management: Define, track, and drive cross-team initiatives from inception to completion. Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment with overall strategic goals.
3. Meeting Coordination: Facilitate the scheduling and organization of meetings for GPs with external parties and internal team members. Ensure smooth communication and efficient time management.
4. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to GPs, including document preparation, report generation, and other tasks as required.
5. Event Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, organization, and execution of conferences, summits, and other events. This includes venue selection, vendor management, itinerary planning, and on-site coordination.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
