Duties and Responsibilities:
- SEO: Proven expertise in Search Engine Optimization techniques.
- Digital Advertising: Proficient in various digital advertising channels including SEM, social media, and PPC.
- Social Media Marketing: Experience in creating and executing effective social media campaigns.
- Analytics: Familiarity with GA4, Google Ads, Hubspot Reporting, and Big Query for data analysis.
- Data Visualization: Proficient in Looker Studio for creating insightful visual representations of data.
- Video Creation & Editing: Skills in creating and editing compelling marketing videos.
- Automations: Experience with tools like Zapier, HubSpot workflows, and Pipedream for workflow automation.
PLUS:
- Photo Editing: Proficiency in basic photo editing tools.
- Web Scraping: Understanding of web scraping techniques.
- Copywriting: Ability to create engaging and persuasive written content.
- Cold Calling: Experience in B2B cold calling and communication.
- B2B Content Creation: Skills in generating content tailored for B2B audiences.
Background / Personality Traits:
- Exceptionally well-organized: Capable of creating order from chaos and maintaining a structured approach to tasks.
- Conscientious: A love for systems and an inherent desire to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Confident communicator: Proficient in written and spoken English with the confidence to ask questions and provide relevant suggestions.
- Digital Native: High digital tech IQ, preferably with a background in gaming.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in SEO
