Responsible for selling and executing channel sales plans through customer management , channel development activities and selling capabilities. 

Accounts/ Customer Sales Management (60%)

1. Delivery of  accounts revenue and volume targets 
2. Execution of agreed channel and customer KPIs (availability, pricing, display and activations)
3. Regular coverage of accounts in assigned areas to accomplish sales and collection calls
4. Conducts business reviews and negotiations  to drive wet market revenue and availability

Channel Development and Business Building Activities (20%)

1. Creates channel business plans based on market intelligence and competitive information
2. Looks for other channel and customer opportunities to create other revenue sources  or increase  profitability 
3. Leads or  participates in channel projects that will improve customer and shopper experience

Administrative Work (20%)

1. Budget Management
2. Sales forecasting
3. Maintenance of customer database and account records
4. Other sales related administrative work as required

Food Safety & Quality Management:

1. Complies with quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards and regulations of the company.
2. Responsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities.

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility,  risk management etc. 
2. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the Team Leader.

Proper handling of customer queries as well as on time response to incoming requests. Ensure service level agreements on timeliness and accuracy of postings are met / exceeded. Continuously find ways to drive efficiency and effectiveness by suggesting and implementing process improvements and best practices.

 - Accurate and timely maintenance of customer and vendor data
- Issuance of Intercompany and Adhoc Billing
- Timely bank reconciliation and clearing of incoming payments
- Proper and timely posting/clearing of customer payments against remittance details
- Analysis and timely disposition of outstanding receipts posted as ""On Account"" to customer subledger and consistent follow up with Local counterpart for missing remittance details
- Manages all order requests from creating of Customer contract, sales orders, delivery note and generates billing/invoice
- Provides support to team members for any query or issue related to their process.

 - Graduate of  Finance or Business related bachelor's degree.
- Typically 3-4 years of professional experience especially in the field of order to cash processes.
- Team player, hardworker, and pleasing personality.
- Detail Oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
- Preferably one or more years of work experience in a BPO/SSC set-up
- Must be knowledeable in MS Office and SAP
- Can work independently or under minimal supervision

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Document Control

• Receives all types of documents whether they are internally initiated or coming from outside sources like AML, suppliers, and third-party customers
• Updates Documents Master Index and maintains Document Master Copy file.
• Issues applicable documents to controlled file holders and ensures that current documents are available in designed areas.
• Releases notifications regarding newly-approved and obsolete documents.
• Conducts dissemination and orientation of DCC procedures to AMPI employees.

Records Control

• Supervises records scanning activity for the conversion of paper quality records to electronic file.
• Conducts buy-off on scanned records, highlights discrepancy and coordinates with concerned personnel for the necessary corrections.
• Assist borrowers during retrieval of quality records in the retention area.
• Provides assistance on how to use and navigate eRRS (Electronic Record Retrieval System)/network storage.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives

• Review procedures and systems relative to DCC operations and updates them regularly for the enhancement of services.
• Reviews and updates Goals and Objectives regularly to track down accomplishments.
• Update Key Performance Indicator tracking for analysis of DCC performance. Highlights areas for improvement.

Other Functions

• Participates in audit related to Document and Records Control System.
• Updates DCC Budget semi-annually and CAPEX yearly. Update fixed assets for DCC.
• Monitors inventory of supplies. Highlights needed materials/supplies and generates Purchase Requisitions to ensure availability.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any computer-related course or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
