• Email and Calendar Management: Manage emails, schedule appointments, and send out reminders.
• Data Entry: Enter and update data across various platforms.
• Internet Research: Conduct research on behalf of the company to assist with project creation and development.
• Personal Tasks Management (for company staff): Assist with tasks such as booking travel, managing appointments, or other tasks as required.
• Project Management: Assist in coordinating and managing projects, ensuring tasks are accomplished to schedule.
• Transcription Services: Transcribe meeting notes and other recorded content as needed.
• Utilizing and managing tasks on tools such as Microsoft Office, Notion, and Todoist.
• Social Media Management

• At least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
