WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

• Manage procurement internal processes, such as adding new suppliers and ensuring they are compliant. 

• Manage good relationship with the suppliers, comprehensive pricing, and supplier’s deliverables.

• Working closely with Group Marketing around company merchandise, ensure that supplier will meet the standard specifications and manage the proofing of the products.

• Crafting policies, guidelines, and systems of the Administrative and Facilities Department which ensure productive and efficient office operation

• Leads and oversees the group monthly close and global consolidation of actuals, ensuring complete and accurate financial in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Prepare reconciliations and other reports for STP, employee deductions, government agencies and internal stakeholders. 
• Managing timely payments of PAYG, superannuation and child support in line with regulatory deadlines.

• Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations. 
• Distribute payslips to all employees on time. 
• Perform ad-hoc requests as needed to support the payroll function and broader HR objectives.

• At least five (5) years in a similar role, preferably with an Australian small to mid-size company.
