What will you do?

The Accounts Receivable & Credit Officer will ensure all receipts are processed accurately and within a timely manner. This role will work with the Accounts Receivable Team Leader in delivering service quality and customer satisfaction for the Shared Services Finance function in accordance with agreed KPIs.

AR Officer Duties

• Process bank statement receipts on a daily basis
• Process incoming cheques received by Aurecon local offices
• Ensure all Unidentified Receipts are allocated
• Issue AR Manual invoices from requests
• Update AR reports; Employee Recoverable and Unidentified
• Recover Unclaimed Monies related to the company
• Clear the AR Email Inbox; resolve queries, file remittances, and admin tasks
• Assist Bank reconciliation officers & accountants with banking queries
• Complete month-end tasks and reports
• Update AR documentation
• Support and promote process efficiency system improvement
• Inform management if identifying internal control and company policy breaches
• Provide feedback and support to management
• Assist with ad-hoc duties, tasks, when required.

Credit Officer Duties

• Delivery of invoices to clients electronically on day of issue
• Initial follow up of invoices after 7 days to ensure client has received the invoice and requires no further information or assistance
• Source additional information if requested to do so by the client
• Friendly Reminder that payment has not been received, where payment due date is missed by 2 days
• Demonstrate the ability to disseminate information for inclusion in the Aurecon Client Credit Risk Assessment Form (C-CRAF) for approval under the Delegation of Authority.
• Ordering of Credit Reports from Credit Reporting agencies.
• New client registration and management of information in the client database.
• New and reactivated Client Global reporting and audit.
• Monitoring and maintenance of clients inactive > 12 months as required under the Credit Policy.
• Working Capital Reporting and analysis for Credit Limit recommendation with appropriate DOA approval.
• Extended Terms reporting and ensuring approval is renewed when expired.
• Other duties as requested from time to time.

Training and Performance Development (within the Shared Services Finance Team)

• Work with the Accounts Receivable Team Leader to meet agreed training and performance development goals
• Actively work to achieve set goals
• Identify any knowledge gaps and escalate concerns to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader

Job Summary:

• Concentrates in driving business growth and the development of talent.  Spends time in reviewing and assessing overall team performance.

Tasks & Duties:

Cluster Client Delivery

• Acquires functional knowledge and understanding of the clients’ agreements, Scope of Work (SOW), SLA’s and other necessary information needed to review and/or prepare deliverables.
• Monitors if the team has the needed information, data and supporting documents are received for the review/preparation of the needed requirements.  Addresses and escalates issues, as needed.
• Monitors the consistency and quality of the deliverables within the agreed timeframes of the teams. 
• Provides support (for timelines) and address issues (for quality), as needed.
• Provide support for the rest of the team and other teams by allotting additional capacity, as needed.  At the same time, initiates the request for support needed from other teams.
• Monitors and communicates the review comments of the team and then follows up to address pending comments for preparers, as needed.
• To act as first line of escalations for the preparers of any requests not properly actioned by the CS Support team. (e.g. BAT, GPT)
• Monitors and oversees the interpretation of the requirements of the client and in some instances, does the research and validates in the absence of an Assistant Manager.
• Reviews and acts as the team approver of submitted reports and compliance cases with root cause information, corrective action, and preventive measures in a timely manner.  Responsible in discussing the details and actions done with the HODs and CDDs.
• Oversees the quarterly debrief meeting with the cluster to review the team's performance.  Then addresses concerns and drives resolutions based on its criticality and complexity. 
• Decides the proper treatment for transactions when differences in points of view arise, and escalate recommendations to appropriate authorities, as needed.
• Decides on escalated recommendations and if necessary, escalate to SMEs or technical team.
• Monitors and works with the Assistant Manager to enforce process standards across the teams.
• Acts as first level of escalation of issues/concerns from the funds assigned to their clusters.
• Supports Project Managers by functioning as SMEs, coordinating with stakeholders, and allocating resources.

Workflow Management

• Ensures timesheets are completed daily and accurately filed for all hours worked.
• Reviews and approves timesheets of their team and ensures they are completed daily and accurately filed for all hours worked in a timely manner (of their AM's and SA's).
• Reviews and pre-approves filed overtime of their team (AM's and SA's).
• Setups, monitors and updates all deliverables via the workflow planner in a timely manner, as needed.
• Monitors and ensures the completeness and accuracy of all deliverables via the workflow planner in a timely manner. 
• Analyses and proactively manages team capacity deliverables by allocating needed resources/support.

Systems

• Understands and uses best practice on accounting platform/s.
• Understands and becomes knowledgeable on how to generate reports using reporting platform/s.

Risks

• Monitors relevant procedures, checklists and SSAE requirements are adhered to and completed to mitigate errors.

Position : Customer Strategy Manager

Salary Range : $1000-$1500

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create strategic presentations and proposals
• Develop budgets for use in proposals and packages
• Support all aspects of sales enablement email communications including but not limited to: copywriting, creation, deployment, communications calendar, and analysis
• Synthesize and analyze program recaps to build strong case studies used for reselling
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Account Management teams to develop compelling and results-driven sampling campaigns
• Assist with various projects that help with brand storytelling
• Communicate with all levels of management, on status of all projects, changes in strategy, standards, initiatives, priorities and resources if needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remain flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.

• At least 3-4 years of previous experience in a position in strategy or integrated marketing
• Knowledge of sampling, digital, shopper marketing, e-commerce and/or CPG a plus.
• Strong copywriting skills required
• Strong presentation skills, speaking ability and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of core advertising and marketing functions.
• Ability to prioritize multiple demands simultaneously.
• Self-motivated; self-starter; meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers including in-depth knowledge of Google Suite 
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, phone, and email
• Strong time management skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on, rapidly changing environment
