Food Safety & Quality Management:

Responsibilities:

Primary:

• Collaborate with process stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient process operations. 

• Build a regional Shared Service Centre to support all markets. 

• Own and manage the service delivery and performance with defined SLAs/KPIs.

• Prioritization of Transformation projects and providing inputs that will drive process-related investment decisions and implementation

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Process & match all invoices to PO according to company guidelines.
• Responsible for posting daily receivables and maintenance of vendor databases.
• Data entry of all company payments in a timely manner.
• Prepare mailing and maintenance for all A/P checks.
• Oversee maintenance of A/P files and records.
• Performing bank and account reconciliation of receivable accounts.
