As the pivotal right-hand person to the General Manager, your main mission and how we define your success is by your progressive ability to take on and efficiently manage a significant portion of the GM's tasks, thus allowing the GM to concentrate on overarching strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Task Coordination: Define, structure, and delegate tasks across various teams to ensure alignment with both company and client objectives.
2. Communication Management: Act as a communication enthusiast, coordinating weekly 1-on-1s with all staff members and streamlining team communication on Slack.
3. Project Initiation: Proactively identify the right moments to kick-start projects without being prompted.
4. Problem Resolution: Constantly address issues, primarily arising from communication breakdowns, ensuring that the team remains on track.
5. Operational Oversight: Stay on top of all tasks and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. Use monday.com to manage and improve internal processes effectively.
6. Recruitment & Onboarding: Play an active role in the recruitment and integration of new team members.
7. Client Management: Translate client requirements into detailed, actionable briefs. Provide guidance and practical suggestions to clients.
8. Project Quotation: Coordinate with teams to draft precise service quotes, ensuring accurate time and resource estimations.
9. Time & Billing: Used to working with tools to accurately attribute time (yours and others) to different projects.
10. Leadership & Accountability: Direct and instruct team members, stepping in to rectify mistakes when necessary, and providing constructive feedback.
11. Strategic Innovation: Think innovatively to develop new strategies and solutions that drive the company forward.
    

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

The Sales and Marketing Assistant provides essential support for the sales team. The incumbent is responsible for the efficient handling of sales orders and helping to improve the productivity of field sales personnel to achieve set sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process, consolidate, and monitor purchase orders.
• Prepare necessary documents and presentation for an account showroom visit.
• Make sure that all required items are available for showroom visits.
• Provide sales support by attending to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Prepares sales documentation such as but not limited to:
  • Sales report
  • Product performance
  • Business reviews
  • Another document based on raw data.
  • Monitor the performance of the handled accounts and provide feedback to the respective account officer in charge.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven Executive Assistant Experience at least 3 years (candidates with no experience as EA in resume will automatically get disqualified)
• Excellent English Communication Skills
• Mastery of Microsoft SUITE (Outlook, Word, PPT, Planner, Excel) and NOT Google Suite
• Highly Tech Savvy
• Remote experience is highly desired but not required
• Is a natural problem solver with time management and critical thinking skills.
• Detail and process oriented to ensure orders/data is complete or able to identify and resolve issues with minimum supervision
