• Post the video to the client’s Instagram account with the approved caption.
• Instagram Posts Assistance:
• Take ideas from the Notion page to create a still-post design using Figma. The VA could create the graphics themselves or communicate the instructions with the client’s UpWork contractor. Use a Notion table to indicate that the Figma design is ready for review.
• Once approved, make the caption using a ChatGPT prompt the client will provide. Using the Notion table to indicate the caption is ready for review.
• Weekly Report:
• Help in creating the weekly report to the board using the SOP provided. Highlighting the progress we’ve made for the week.
• Open to handling new tasks when necessary
• End of day Slack message
• Send a slack message with a link to the Notion page with all the progress made for the day. So that the client can review, approve, and update SOPs for greater efficiency and provide feedback.

Permit approvals / coordination with retailers – visuals, repairs,
