This role combines design specialization with operational excellence to enhance pre-sales and post-sales processes, ensuring comprehensive support and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Provide comprehensive pre- post-sales support across APAC, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing inquiries or issues promptly.
- Design and Development: Create compelling visual content for various sales materials, including presentations, flyers, product sheets, infographics, email templates, and digital content, to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the commercial team to understand their requirements and develop visual solutions that enhance their sales presentations and communications, aligning with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Project Management: Effectively manage multiple design and operational projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and prioritization based on the commercial team's needs and deadlines.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, conducting thorough research to inform design strategies and ensure materials remain current and relevant in the market.
- Feedback and Revisions: Gather feedback from the commercial team to refine and improve designs and operational processes continually, striving for excellence and alignment with business goals.
- Invoicing and Contracts: Oversee the invoicing process and contract renewals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions to support smooth operations and client relationships.
