Job Description: 

This role is primarily responsible for the development of visual communications, visual strategy execution of complex project requirements, and delivery of appropriate creative design concepts for internal and external presentations and campaigns across print and digital platforms. This includes the overall layout, design, and production activities and contributing to the development of new concepts, graphic standards and templates, and improved processes and workflow system

• Manage end-to-end graphic design production efforts including graphic design of qualifications, proposals, presentations, marketing collaterals
• Execute design concepts to support marketing campaigns and social media campaigns
• Lay out bid documents, capability statements and other work winning materials
• Design executive presentations, infographics, invitations, conference, event materials, brochures, interactive PDFs, video contents, and other printed collaterals for internal and external use
• Manage the upload and maintenance of the project and staff photography library
• Research and develop new ways of presenting our brand
• Create and edit materials for large events and campaigns
• Manage AECOM’s internal photography library. Images are obtained through royalty-free purchase, company’s image collection, and/or creation of original artwork
• Apply technical knowledge and work with senior members of the team in managing complex projects and developing process improvement and initiatives
• Assist the Team Lead in managing team workload and performing quality checks on output of junior members of the team prior to submission to stakeholders and clients
• Address critical and unique issues, identify risks, and propose ways to prevent occurrence of similar issues and concerns
• Lead and support key projects and provide guidance and technical expertise to junior members of the team

Space Matrix Design Consultants is seeking a dynamic leader to be our Business Head, for Manila, Phillipines, working closely with the country head and the Design Heads, the Project management team, the new Business Lead will be accountable for managing the Studio’s P&L. You will partner with clients, help them move to the next level in their workplace strategy and create new benchmarks and workplaces for the future.

In brief

● You will be responsible for the Bangalore Philippines regions business performance in conjunction with all departments of the region such as Business Development, Project Management and Design.

● You will achieve financial goals set by the organization in order to meet the team and business targets (P&L).

● You will be responsible for managing Studio members and do projects as per Philippines Bylaws/ permit approvals. Work closely with Country head and communicate to him regularly.

● Managing Studio Design and Build projects and implementing standards for the same that need for Philippines market.

● You will be a key influence in client development , client management and project delivery strategy in the region and consult and showcase our value proposition to existing and prospective clients and recommend the right business and workplace solutions.

● As a thought leader, you will be developing the next level of strategy for design and build projects and collaborate with the studio design & project management heads for ongoing projects and new pitches to strengthen brand position and design capabilities and win business in the region.

● You will identify new workplace trends as well as new partners to engage with by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

● You will manage the welfare and motivation of direct reports and provide leadership, guidance and encouragement to achieve their KPI’s.

● You are a seasoned professional in the Workplace industry with experience in business leadership roles and have a strong network with the industry.

● You have a degree in Architecture/Interior design or project management and relevant experience of at least 8 years in managing & delivering corporate interior projects.

● You have a track record of achieving business goals in a sustained manner.

execution and stay abreast of trends and competitive positioning and have the

persistence and the perseverance to bring the best solutions for the customer.
