What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Proficient in using MS Office Applications
• Strong coordination and collaboration skills with other HR departments such as Payroll etc.
• Ability to support C-Level executives
• Collaborate on various projects, including employee engagement and performance management
• Coordinate with Of Counsel court appearance
• Registration of Office Guests with Front Office
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 

Nice to Have:

• Knowledgeable in Legal Software tools such as Clio
• Experienced in using HRIS

What will you do?

1. Onboarding and Orientation:

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources.
• Conduct orientation sessions and assist in the completion of required paperwork.

2. Employee Records Management:

• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Process documentation related to employee status changes, promotions, and terminations.

3. Benefits Administration:

• Support in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

4. HR Compliance:

• Stay informed about employment laws and regulations.
• Assist in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Prepare regular HR reports on metrics such as turnover, recruitment, and training.
• Assist in analyzing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
