About the job:

The role is responsible for successfully coordinating all activities related to Client/Staffing Assistant schedules and staffing open shifts.  They are also responsible for spending part of their time conducting Staffing assistant interviews and assisting HR Coordinator with Staffing Assistant activities.

During the on-call periods in the evening, the role would be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, handling issues with our employees who are on shifts, as well as doing file-audits. • Work to have recurring schedules for all clients to limit the number of Staffing Assistants going and to give consistency to clients and Staffing Assistants with their hours.
• Document all staffing, overtime, clock-in/out issues, scheduling changes, etc. in ClearCare.

• Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar field/ role.
