About the Role:

As a Paralegal Virtual Assistant, you will provide critical administrative support to our legal department remotely. OTX Project Activity Coordination:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of OTX activities, including completion of documents for internal approval and monitoring of activity milestones.

• Manage travel arrangements (flights, transfers, and hotel accommodations) for target customers.

Compliance and Document Management:
