Role Objective

As a Property Conveyancing Manager at Cosy Hauz, you will be leading the Property Transactions department. You will be responsible for managing a team of Property Conveyancing Paralegals and overseeing all aspects of the property conveyancing process. Your main goal will be to ensure that property transactions are conducted smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Property Transactions department
• Supervise a team of Property Conveyancing Paralegals, providing guidance and support
• Review and approve property transaction documents and contracts
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with external stakeholders such as lawyers, mortgage brokers, and estate agents
• Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the conveyancing process
• Monitor and report on the progress of property transactions

2. Qualify Artists Services expectations, career projects and releases plans

• Carry out meetings with prospective clients to pitch our services and follow up through to offer negotiations
• Present deals to your local internal team and coordinate with Head of Artist Services to validate deal offers
• Able to close the key deals until final contract signing with the support from central legal team.
• Coordinate the artist handover to the marketing & project managers team

3. Identify market trends and market dynamics and report to the management

• Build strong relationships with artists, management and the local industry
• Analyse the impact of spend and structure of artist offers

Job Summary:

As an Administrative Assistant within the Dental Practice Acquisition Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless operations of the team. This position involves a diverse range of administrative tasks and responsibilities, requiring a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual. You will work closely with the acquisition team members to ensure efficient communication, coordination, and documentation of key processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and organized records.
• Assist in managing client lists and prospecting.

• Input and update relevant data into databases and systems.
• Generate regular reports to provide insights into key performance indicators and milestones.

• Conduct market research and analysis to support the identification of potential dental practices for acquisition.
• Assist in compiling information related to competitors and market trends.

• Handle routine administrative tasks such as phone calls, email correspondence, and office supplies management.
• Provide administrative support to team members as needed.

• 2-3 years proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Knowledge of the dental healthcare industry or experience in a similar field is desirable.

Position : Virtual Assistant / Social Media Specialist

Work Hours (Client) : M-F, 9 AM to 5 PM, EST

Pay Range : $ 1,000 - 1,500 USD/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls/emails
• Handling and managing of social media accounts
• Conducting research
• Performing other assigned administrative tasks

• At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant / Socia Media Specialist
• Proficient in using Canva, and Google Workspace
• Experience with Airtable is nice to have
• A copy/link to your portfolio, showcasing previous works
• Excellent Communication skills
