Responsibilities:

DAILY:

• Set qualified appointments to fill Advisors' calendars
• Call, schedule, and follow up with prospects for appointments from seminars and events
• Record notes from every prospective client conversation in the Redtail database
• Call qualified Tier 1 clients to “check-in” to ensure they are happy and well-served
• Follow the script for all call scenarios
• Input prospects and keep database/CRM program up-to-date

WEEKLY:

• Attend and Service Seminar/Workshops as needed: set up, appt scheduling, and mingle with prospects to help answer questions and promote AFG

• Prior Sales and Telemarketing experience is a must. Sales: 1 year (Preferred); Client Relationship: 1 year (Preferred)

8) Perform data gathering, root cause analysis, demand analysis, and performance trending to develop appropriate process control changes. 

9) Analyze and document dependencies between new and existing processes and identify opportunities for improvements. 

10) Serve as a change agent for transitioning business stakeholders to new ways of working. 

11) Provide education and training on changes, updates, and improvements for guidelines, processes, and procedures to stakeholders and management. 

12) Serve as a contributor and advocate for global Lean Six Sigma initiatives and the fostering of a Lean Six Sigma culture. 

13) Identify potential roadblocks/obstacles and escalate issues as needed. 

14) Serves as a catalyst for continuous business process improvement, transformation, and innovation. 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. The Role: We are seeking a versatile and dedicated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant & Marketing Project Data Entry Specialist. This hybrid role is designed to support the dynamic needs of our two owners and contribute to the data-driven backbone of our marketing projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant Duties:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the two owners, including schedule management, correspondence, and travel arrangements.

• Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and meeting materials.

• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth operations of the owners' daily activities.

Marketing Project Data Entry Specialist Duties:

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain marketing project data in our systems.

• Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis for marketing strategies.

• Coordinate with our fulfillment vendors to ensure accuracy, consistency, and hit deadlines.

• Contribute to the development of our written/recorded training material and SOPs.

Minimum Requirements:

• • Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a relevant role.
• • Strong proficiency in MS Office, data entry software (we use Trello), and digital communication tools.
• • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• • background in a marketing advertising firm would be preferred

LOOKING FOR FILIPINO or PHILIPPINE-BASED CANDIDATES

Position: Inventory Planner
Working Hours: M-F 9AM-5PM EST
Holidays: US & PH Regular Holidays
Salary: 1,000 - 1,200 USD

Duties / Responsibilities

• Analyze sales trends and historical data to forecast demand for products
• Order inventory from suppliers and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust orders to prevent stock-outs or overstocking
• Develop and maintain inventory reports and other relevant documentation
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure inventory levels meet demand
• Continuously review and improve inventory management processes to optimize business performance

• 5 years of experience in the field
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field
• Must have experience working with freight companies that handle "dangerous goods.
• Ideally this person has experience with Flexport or other freight and 3PL services. 
• Proven experience as an Inventory Planner or similar role
• Strong knowledge of inventory management best practices, including forecasting demand, ordering inventory, and managing inventory levels
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
• Experience with inventory management software, such as SAP or Oracle, is preferred

Position: Business Development Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pull lists, manage outbound sequences, help schedule/coordinate/chase down meetings, and work within Hubspot to create deals.
• Create lead lists 
• Work with tools and outsourced talent to scrape company and contact data Upload deals/MQLs to Hubspot 
• Build sequences within Hub or Lem 
• Support screening and triaging inbound leads Support creating landing pages and new sequences (for events, new initiatives, etc) 
• Support building sales materials for pitches and coordinating with design (screenshots, demo memberships, etc) 
• Work with Nick to train outsourced hire(s) on rev ops process

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years of related experience
• Experience with Hubspot is required
• Experience with other tools like Lemlist, Apollo is nice to have but not required
• Good Communication skills
