WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As the HR Business Partner, you will manage the day-to-day HR Operations of your assigned Clients. You will manage the administration of the human resources practices, procedures, and programs. Our Recruitment Process:

4. Skills Assessment

After the interview, you will complete a skills assessment, which could involve practical tasks, technical tests, or situational exercises to show how you would handle scenarios related to the job.

5. Client Interview

If you pass the skills assessment, you’ll have a final interview with the hiring client. This is where you’ll discuss the role’s responsibilities, expectations, and how you would fit into their team.

Primary Responsibilities  

• Responsible for performing and completing the third-party audit cycle and conducting specific training programs specifically for Food Safety.

Specific Responsibilities  

• Conducts and completes the whole audit cycle, either as a team member or team leader in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. 

• Conducts desk study of the client’s management system.  

• Prepares checklist and itinerary as guide during audit.  

• Conducts audit on site according to procedures.  

• Prepares and completes audit package. 

• Communicates with or attends to client inquiries related to the system standard where they had been qualified to audit.  

• Reviews and customizes training materials, when needed, and conducts training on specific programs as determined by the Division.  

• Provides coaching and performance feedback for auditors under training or supervision.  

• Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goal or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.  

• Completes audit reports and updates client’s files i.e. kick sheet, etc.  

• Operating to the highest standards of ethics, in accordance with the SGS Code of Integrity.

• Facilitate End-to-end Full cycle sales from Lead Generation, cold-calling, email outreach, Sales Discovery calls to Deal close

• Demonstrates Excellent Communication Skills and is highly articulate.
• Has prior B2B experience and a background in customer service, particularly with U.S. clients.
• Proficient in using tools such as HubSpot, dialers and Power Dialers (Twilio, Call Hippo), or similar platforms, as well as Google Workspace.
• Has a track record of taking ownership of tasks and asking questions when necessary.
• Experience working with a startup, with a strong inclination toward process improvement.
• Shows initiative and a proactive approach to completing tasks.
