Data Management Associates are responsible for supporting the Data Management workstream within the AGS Implementation process for MSP or Procurement Solutions projects. The Data Management Associate is responsible for collecting and tracking incumbent worker data from a variety of sources, analyzing data gaps, validating data and transforming data for upload. The Data Management Associate will be responsible for discovering and resolving gaps in data to prepare the information for loading into a VMS. The Data Management Associate will attend all internal and external project calls, and report workstream status. Key Responsibilities:

• Work within a team to collect, organize and validate data using a proprietary AGS data collection tool

The main purpose of the Project Manager is to plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of a construction project from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, resources, and ensuring that the project is completed safely, on time, and within scope. They also act as a liaison between the client, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.

• To lead the project on stakeholder management, cost planning, consultant and contractor engagement, design management, construction management from onboarding to handover and closeout

About the team:

As a Business System Analyst I for IdP Cloud Implementations, you will act as a project coordinator, implementation consultant, business analyst and systems administrator to help onboard customers, provide support to internal stakeholders and connect applications to IdP Cloud, a centralized, Cloud-based identity management system that provides authentication, authorization, user management and single sign-on (SSO) to a multitude of FIS applications. The individual will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Capacity-building for FRM in DPWH through its CPB Unit and community-based flood risk management;
• Assist the Capacity-building (CPB) Unit of the DPWH in preparing detailed capacity building course programs for the 2nd to 4th Year capacity-building programs composed of Pilot River Basin Studies;

• Supervise the works of the resident engineers based on the project sites.

The Team Leader/Project Management Specialist will provide the following services:

• Over-all liaison with the implementing agencies;
• Maintain good coordination among the Client, Asian Development Bank (ADB) and other stakeholders;
• Coordination of the input and output of the sub-teams (Outputs 1, 2 and 3) of consultants (both in the field and home based);
•  Quality control of work carried out and output delivered by the sub-teams;
• Provide guidance to the sub-teams to ensure that the work meets the required standards and done within the agreed schedule;
• Over-all management and administration of the contract;
• Review and, if necessary, update the project implementation schedule with disbursement and contract award schedule;
