Duties and Responsibilities

1) Regular field monitoring of Hopheads', Crazy Carabao Craft Beers products' distribution, merchandising and pricing in designated on-premises and off-premises accounts (day & night accounts)

2) Foster and cultivate good working relations with accounts'/ Outlet's key buying personnel

3) Identify and open new accounts/establishments starting operations

4) Engage with the consumer thru periodic promotions and activations

5) Prepare and submit weekly reports

6) Guarantee consistent availability, visibility, quality and correct execution of craft beers portfolio

7) Responsible in placing stock requirement, monitor incoming POs up to delivery fulfillment to the assigned accounts

8) Close coordination with finance for collections and payment terms

9) Optimize sales programs to improve competitive position and maximize sales opportunity

10) Responsible in developing, diagnosing, evaluating and executing customer acquisition and retention programs within aa defined territory

Salary: P40,000 – P70,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM EST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• At least 2+ years of experience on a similar role with background in banking or finance.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft CRM.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working for US clients.

What will you do?

• Contact and respond to team member requests for statements, investment performance, cash distributions and performance reports or the team.
• Process and follow up on operational duties linked to new accounts, transfers, risk management, and transactions.
• Breakout State Tax Returns from Federal Tax Returns.
• Fill in tracking sheet for tax returns.
• Assist with Billing.
• Cost basis reconciliation.
• Maintain tracking sheet for calendar of meetings and managing and scheduling meetings.
• Establish, develop, maintain and update client files.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date data in Microsoft CRM and other internal systems.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position: Business Development Manager

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM GMT / 4 PM - 12 MN PH Time

Salary Range: $1,200 - 1,800/month (can be up to $2,000 for exceptional candidates)

Part of our growth plans includes a full range of projected safety lighting for use in production and industrial facilities across the UK to reduce the accidents that occur within warehouses and on sites where forklifts and people share the same space.

The decision-makers for purchasing such solutions are normally the Health and safety director or the operations director.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify suitable target customers
• Contact them by telephone to introduce the company/products.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry, manufacturing storage, and distribution industries.
• Actively prospect, pitch, and warm up leads for the senior consultants to take forward
• following a site consultation you will produce the quotation and monitor all followup
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations tailored to the needs of clients.
• Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing support for educational clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• An MBA (Master of Business Administration) is a plus.
• Proven track record (5+ years) of success in business development or sales.
• Proficient in using CRM software (Hubspot preferred) and other sales productivity tools.
• Excellent English-speaking communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Passion for safety and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the industrial sector.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
