Space Matrix Design Consultants is seeking a dynamic leader to be our Business Head, for Manila, Phillipines, working closely with the country head and the Design Heads, the Project management team, the new Business Lead will be accountable for managing the Studio’s P&L. In brief

● You will be responsible for the Bangalore Philippines regions business performance in conjunction with all departments of the region such as Business Development, Project Management and Design.

● You will achieve financial goals set by the organization in order to meet the team and business targets (P&L).

● You will be responsible for managing Studio members and do projects as per Philippines Bylaws/ permit approvals. Work closely with Country head and communicate to him regularly.

● Managing Studio Design and Build projects and implementing standards for the same that need for Philippines market.

● You will be a key influence in client development , client management and project delivery strategy in the region and consult and showcase our value proposition to existing and prospective clients and recommend the right business and workplace solutions.

● As a thought leader, you will be developing the next level of strategy for design and build projects and collaborate with the studio design & project management heads for ongoing projects and new pitches to strengthen brand position and design capabilities and win business in the region.

● You will identify new workplace trends as well as new partners to engage with by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

● You will manage the welfare and motivation of direct reports and provide leadership, guidance and encouragement to achieve their KPI’s.

● You are a seasoned professional in the Workplace industry with experience in business leadership roles and have a strong network with the industry.

● You have a degree in Architecture/Interior design or project management and relevant experience of at least 8 years in managing & delivering corporate interior projects.

● You have a track record of achieving business goals in a sustained manner.

execution and stay abreast of trends and competitive positioning and have the

We are looking for a project manager who can also help support on other admin items. Project management experience in website design and development in WordPress would be preferred as well as print/digital design project management. We use Airtable, Loom and Notion primarily so experience with those tools would be great (in particular Airtable). They will manage client communications and follow-ups and all the typical project management duties.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Service Efficiency

• Ensure Service Operations’ compliance to Reporting Services (QPMS / Semi –QPMS), Termite Management Program
• Conduct technical advisory for Services which require site inspection
• Ensure accurate and on time submission of reports agreed with customer.
• Undertake periodic inspection to HD/KA customer; discuss fully finding result and recommendation. Seek agreement on the action plan.

Administration and Policy Directive

• Assist Technical Manager in planning, scheduling, preparation of suitable training materials and conduct of technical training.
• Assist Technical Manager in updating Authorized Product List, coordinate request on addition and removal from the list. Coordinate with procurement department and chemical supplier on supporting documents.
• Assist Technical Manager in conducting Service Audit, monitor status of TPA (Technician Performance Assessment)
• Assist in any program that supports Quality service within division
• Extend assistance to Branch operations in promoting company products and services and achieving business objective.
• Supervise and/or assist specific Branch service operation as required after consultation with Branch & Technical Manager.
• Provide Insect Identification Service for Branches which yet to have the capability and to complement those which have.
• Constantly improve or upgrade knowledge on Pest Management through private study, membership of association, attendance at course, study of technical literature provided by Company and practical experience in the field.

• Identify cases where recurrent infestation and/ or lack of customer cooperation, which require follow-up action by local Branch.
• Submit recommendations and reports with appropriate chemical treatment or monitoring recommendation to the Branch or Service Heads.
• Conduct bi-annual audit and ensure usage of product are compliance on Authorize Product List in all Pest Control Branches
• Maintain accurate records of High Dependency / Key Account customer on a current year as reference for review on the status of Pest Management Program.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance and security of vehicle, equipment monies provided by Company and all technical materials/documents are controlled and will not be used on other purposes outside Company’s interest.
• Drive SHE policy compliance and zero tolerance policy. Achieve LTAR target set for the year for both Pest Control & Hygiene

Customer Development

• Ensure all Customer complaints & inquiries are acted as a matter of urgency and importance following the company SOPs and 2/24 promise.
• To be aware and act on potential sales and collection opportunities to help generate additional new business, up-selling, and improve collection.
• Attend required training, meetings, conferences, and other official company functions necessary for business growth, government legislation compliance, and customers’ requirement.
