NIQ Customer Service team is focusing on building positive customer experiences by offering outstanding customer-centric servicing and support to uncover insights on consumer buying behavior, in a timely and consistent manner. This role drives loyalty and empowerment to enhance our customers' use of our data and tools through specialty expertise, engagement, and solutioning.

• Support team in managing in-market complex customer queries, build apt hypothesis and bring prompt resolution with data support and effective communication.
• Work closely with in-market Consulting, Analytics & Insights team, Operations and Data Science, Global customer Service Centre to ensure all work is connected to client business issues and is delivered according to established timelines and in a way that contributes to driving client outcomes.
• Create an environment to encourage and drive solution mindset and to leverage best practices.
• Enhance servicing efficiencies through planning and execution of client engagement model to attain acceptable client (NPS) satisfaction scores.
• Measure emerging issues and quality trends, flag out areas of improvement on a regular basis, and share with respective teams for improvement.

• Establish business relations with clients over email, social networks, and phone.

• Identify appropriate individuals within the targeted organizations.

• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify new potential prospects.

• Help the Business Development Manager build and cultivate professional relationships by initiating communications and keeping in touch with potential clients.

• Manage data for existing and new clients in the database.

• Responsible for the Business Development Manager’s communication with clients, during her absence. 
• Meet with potential customers to understand their businesses and needs in order to create proposals that meet their objectives.
• Research competitor products and services to identify opportunities for products or services that are different from existing offerings in the market.
• Coordinating sales calls, meetings, presentations, and other activities with other members of the team.
• Conducting market research on products or services to identify opportunities for growth in specific markets.
• Drafting correspondence such as letters, emails, and proposals to clients.
• Reviewing contracts with clients to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Directly contacting potential clients to introduce the business and arrange meetings with executives.
• Developing new leads through networking and relationship-building with prospective clients.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken 
• Computer literacy (standard Office applications) 
• Knowledge of additional language would be highly advantageous 
• Knowledge of customer service principles and business correspondence experience (preferred) 
• Well-organized, attentive to details , and customer oriented.
