About the team:

As a Business System Analyst I for IdP Cloud Implementations, you will act as a project coordinator, implementation consultant, business analyst and systems administrator to help onboard customers, provide support to internal stakeholders and connect applications to IdP Cloud, a centralized, Cloud-based identity management system that provides authentication, authorization, user management and single sign-on (SSO) to a multitude of FIS applications. This is an exciting position that will have you interacting with different lines of business across the company, and across different areas of financial services.

What you will be doing:

• Providing general project support and status updates for ongoing initiatives

• Providing configuration support for new and existing tenants in IdP Cloud

• Manage new tenant creation requests

• Supporting the release cycle by performing basic feature validation to confirm things are set up correctly

• Providing administrative support during quarterly upgrade/maintenance activities

• Providing administrative support for weekly patching activities

• Troubleshooting customer issues from the administration console

• Assisting with the configuration and testing of new SSO projects

Job Summary

Responsible for all aspects of assigned technical projects. Client Services works with issuers, acquirers, processors and merchants worldwide to develop and deliver the support model for Visa Inc. This includes day-to-day operations and product support, back-office support and customer performance reporting. Client Services includes the Rules and Compliance function, which supports the structural foundation of the Visa Payments network. 

Rules and Compliance ensures the safety, security and integrity of the payment system and supports Visa clients in the development of their electronic payments business. 

Specifically, the Rules and Compliance team establishes and enforces common interoperable rules and standards for our products and services by which clients must operate their Visa programs. 

Role:

This is an individual contributor operational role, to provide support with respect to creating and implementing compliance solutions that meet the regulatory and strategic compliance objectives of Visa. The jobholder will help coordinate important programs promoting the integrity of Visa transactions. The position will be primarily accountable for investigating Visa Rule violations in relation to Marketplace, Cross Border Acceptance, Digital Wallet, Merchant Category Code, Crypto, Merchant Data Quality, Dynamic Currency Conversion, Minimum Approval Rate, Fraud Reporting, Visa Direct and / or various other new or existing compliance programs, as well as developing detailed data analyses to support these programs. About the team:

The Construction Management Specialist will be based in Manila Project Office with frequent travels to project sites, as deemed necessary, which shall have the following responsibilities:

• Liaison with the different contractors and implementing agencies.
• In charge of construction supervision teams for the three (3) river basins, hence acting as the Engineer in administering the civil works contract.
• Supervise the works of the resident engineers based on the project sites.
• Monitor the progress and quality of construction works.
• Ensure contractors’ compliance and adherence to the contract conditions and specifications.

The Team Leader/Project Management Specialist will provide the following services:

• Over-all liaison with the implementing agencies;
• Maintain good coordination among the Client, Asian Development Bank (ADB) and other stakeholders;
• Coordination of the input and output of the sub-teams (Outputs 1, 2 and 3) of consultants (both in the field and home based);
•  Quality control of work carried out and output delivered by the sub-teams;
• Provide guidance to the sub-teams to ensure that the work meets the required standards and done within the agreed schedule;
• Over-all management and administration of the contract;
• Review and, if necessary, update the project implementation schedule with disbursement and contract award schedule;
• Reporting to the implementing agencies on progress of the work carried out by the sub-teams and the progress in achieving the goals and indicators of the project;
• Guide the development and implementation of the Project Performance Monitoring System (PPMS) of the project and preparation of the progress reports including analysis of the achievements of Design Monitoring Framework (DMF) of the project and other monitoring and evaluation indicator results, assessment of progress against workplan, identification of lessons learned, issues, solutions and recommendations;
• Ensure that the project-wide Grievance Redress Mechanism is properly set up and operational, and disputes, if any, are dealt with efficiently and swiftly in a transparent manner, and in line with practices acceptable to ADB and the Government of the Philippines.
