Data Management Associates are responsible for supporting the Data Management workstream within the AGS Implementation process for MSP or Procurement Solutions projects. The Data Management Associate is responsible for collecting and tracking incumbent worker data from a variety of sources, analyzing data gaps, validating data and transforming data for upload. About the team:

What you bring:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Must be willing to work on a Hybrid Setup (Twicea week onsite). Office location is at Ecoplaza Bldg, Makati City (near Magallanes MRT Stations, EDSA)

• Will be on 8am to 5pm PH shift but must be amenable to shifting hours and working graveyard shift (supporting US based clients).

• On call responsibility outside shift is normally expected on weekends and most of the time once a month only.

The Workforce Planning Manager is responsible for (but not limited to):

• Analysing, implementing, and monitoring workforce planning initiatives to optimise and scale the evolving workforce and long-range plans.

• Capacity-building for FRM in DPWH through its CPB Unit and community-based flood risk management;
