ABOUT THE ROLE

• You will work closely with a cross functional team of developers, product managers, executive members and various departments within Helm to understand their data and reporting needs and use this knowledge to help design and develop solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics) or Business
• 2+ years experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence/analytics delivery capacity
• Strong knowledge of SQL or other database query language is required
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Sisense, Power BI, Tableau, and QlikView

The role will be responsible for supporting end-to-end project accounting life cycle activities for assigned accounts and projects. The role will be involved with stakeholder coordination to execute processes that will drive the completion of assigned projects.

The role involves supporting the Global Head of Operations Planning and Analytics in a range of tasks and activities requiring knowledge in accounting, corporate finance, excellent communication skills and analytical business skills. The role requires being able to work independently and initially focused on proactively improving programme ad-hoc and month-end reporting processes, collating and managing large data sets, through to creating standardised reports to facilitate analysis.

As a member of the Business Operations branch of Corporate IT, the IT Mobile Asset Management Associate is part of the team responsible for the lifecycle of user assets needed by our 22,000 global end users. In addition, this person is in position to execute effective and efficient procurement and asset services, ensuing values and competencies in maintaining transparency, integrity, and compliance. The Asset Management Associate derives meaningful operational metrics which align to OLA and SLAs across the function, and manages continuous improvements with regards to accurate and appropriate inventory across the enterprise.

Reporting to Visa's Director of IT Asset Management, this role’s primary focus is with inventory data maintenance.  As a business office function, this role has significant impact on the day to day success of the overall transformational journey of Corporate IT. The Asset Management Associate works with internal customers and peers to ensure data accuracy and lifecycle management of assets.  As needed, they support the delivery of financial and logistical acquisition of End User assets. She/He works with peers to derive total cost of ownership (TCO) improvements through operational efficiencies as well as vendor management activities.
Areas of experience include data analysis around asset lifecycle, inventory management and reporting, process development, optimization and global logistics and on-time delivery of services/assets.

Essential Functions

Operational

Interact with end users via telephone, e-mail, and M.S. Teams to provide procurement support.

Assisting team members as needed to ensure the entire asset service is robust and operationally efficient

Managing the upgrade eligibility for mobile assets.

Managing the refresh of assets for their assigned region

Monitor approval queue for wireless device requests.  Check for correct procurement procedure.

Ensuring timely delivery of goods, works and services using the team’s procurement procedures.

Implementing the process of procurement and asset activities, inventory control, logistics and distribution, ensuring effectively functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities

Review inventory monthly reports from dashboard for offboarded employees, terminate service if necessary, and update record.

Reconciling inventory across a variety of systems and statuses (in stock, in use, legal review, etc.) as well as wiping/disposal activities.

The Manager, Service Management is responsible for establishing and overall management of the Service Management function for AECOM GBS with the responsibility of developing and maintaining Demand/Roadmap Management, Transition Management, Service Level Management and Document Management.

The position will report to the Manila Centre Manager & Head of Global Service Management and will be working closely with the other functions within the COO Office – PMO/CI, Process/Technology Management, Reporting & Analytics Team.

The person is expected to provide strong leadership in a matrix environment to promote best practices in managing interrelated projects and programs to ensure successful delivery. You will need a strong focus on results and an eye for detail, combined with an emphasis on managing stakeholders across the organization to build credible and trusted relationships.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead transition activities at GBS and develop required plans and processes in order to meet timelines and service objectives.
• Resource, develop and manage service level management; this includes service catalogues, change control process, DTP documentation, SLAs and performance reporting, and governance.
• Develop business cases, proposals and marketing packs to help secure new work coming into the Centre.
• Oversee the portfolio of transition/projects, providing expert knowledge and support, and monitoring progress and reporting on the portfolio status ensuring compliance of transition/projects portfolio with the AECOM transition approach, governance, cost and service level parameters.
• Act as primary owner of the GBS Document Management System, ensure the completeness, quality and sustainability of the platform and compliance to risk & control measures of the organization
• Act as owner of project frameworks, templates and procedures; be responsible for ensuring they are fit for purpose and continue to be best practice.
• Design, challenge and agree management dashboards to provide a strategic and tactical overview of the Transitions/Project portfolio to improve delivery and planning.
• Work with Transition Teams globally to ensure project updates are provided accurately and timely, and submitted to the Global Program team aligned with the agreed schedule
• Leveraging global templates, create tools and deliverables as required for project execution and management, develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentation
• Drive continual improvements into the Service Management program and ensure industry best practices, standards and defence guidelines are leveraged and implemented;
• Lead and mentor the team including performance management, career growth and development to deliver a high-performing responsive team

• Responsibility for the Business Development (BUD) on Strategy and Execution.
• Lead high level negotiations with Business Partners and support in attracting more business units on board.
• Support Bosch divisions with data and information on Philippines and other required market research and analyses.
• Drive business growth by stimulating cross-division collaboration.
• Register leads and follow-up on Cross Selling initiatives.

• Monitors service levels, abandon rates and aux utilization for multiple lines of businesses and sites

• Engages managers in real time actions needed to meet performance objectives

• Adjusts agent skills as needed to manage service levels in a multi-skill environment

• Responsible for updating schedule exceptions, temporary schedule changes, and permanent schedule changes in the WFM system based on requests from the call center teams

• Responsible to run attendance reports, check-in summary reports, and forecast reports from the workforce management system and to send the information to production managers

• Responsible for running additional reports as needed and to pull data from Genesys WFM and CC Pulse at the request of the Resource Planning Analysts to assist the department in meeting project deliverables

• Supports the management of the workforce management software system

• Provides support for call volume analysis and patterns, supports the normalization of historical data and makes suggestions regarding adjustments and overtime were necessary.

• Helps maintain information needed for accurate forecasting and help report forecasted and actual performance to the departments

• Supports all schedule recommendation for new training classes, optimized schedules for lunches and PTO, and helps to re-align work schedules to meet current trends

• Serves as a Command Center leasing between all GCCS Sites

• Responsible for monitoring VIVA pacing trends and case creation

• Provide reporting and create milestones throughout the month to ensure the business can achieve service level targets.

• Provide daily adjustments as needed to achieve the monthly service objectives

• Responsible for the addition and maintenance of Genesys skilling and agent groups

• Responsible for capturing and updating service level impact to Senior Management

• Responsible for running and creating ad hoc reports to various departments

• Responsible for monitoring agent adherence and notifying production management of non-adherence incidents

• Review skills gaps and make recommendations to Resource Planning Analyst

• Responsible for additional duties as needed in support of the Call Center

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

The project-based Protocol Specialist will assist the Protocol team in manually translating reports through the QIMA Translate tool.

Key Responsibilities include: 

• Translate test checklist from one language to another.
• Regularly coordinate with Protocol team for the checklists.
• Follow up with internal team members and clients to ensure translation meets their needs.

Responsibilities

• Assures all vendor-related masterdata are aligned with onboarding documents and post-live updates.

• Use SQL to pull, build, and model vendor-related data to be able to streamline vendor payment processes and effectively implement business contracts.

• Build and optimize dashboards, and tools, and automate infrastructure that provide insights to vendor performance and business trends.

• Assists Finance Business Process Team in resolving payments or billing disputes caused by incorrect vendor data.

• Serves as business analyst for foodpanda wide project initiatives and implementations.

Requirements

• Graduate of a degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

• Knowledgeable in SQL and/or Data Visualization Tools is a plus but not required.

• Proficiency in using microsoft office and google suites as analytics tools is a plus but not required
