Role Overview

As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a portfolio of small businesses. Your role extends to managing general business operations and requires a foundational understanding of internet businesses. We are seeking a college-educated individual, preferably with experience in web3 who can bring fresh perspectives and energy to the team.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of small businesses.
• Oversee general business actions, ensuring smooth and effective processes.
• Apply knowledge of internet businesses to contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address concerns and facilitate communication.
• Contribute to the growth and success of assigned accounts.

• College-educated individual with a strong educational background.
• Knowledge of internet businesses and a general understanding of their operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic and dynamic individual, preferably under 30, with a passion for account management.
• Prior knowledge on web3 or crypto is a plus.

Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the cooks and kitchen helpers involved in the preparation of cold dishes, hors d’oeuvres, appetizers, salad, sandwiches, cold sauces and condiments for the hotels F&B outlets and banquet functions. To report for duty punctually wearing the proper kitchen uniform and name badge at all times.
