WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As the HR Business Partner, you will manage the day-to-day HR Operations of your assigned Clients. You will manage the administration of the human resources practices, procedures, and programs. You originate and lead HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, goal attainment, and the ongoing development of a superior workforce. SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

As a Senior Finance Analyst, Planning and Budgeting, you will be responsible for overseeing the forecasting and analysis of Scrap and Yield data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
