Primary Responsibilities    

• Prepares distinct action plans in line with the overall business and sales strategies to ensure a targeted and focused approach that consistently contributes to the overall growth aims of the business
• In-charge of developing new businesses, generating new sales opportunities and managing key accounts in order to meet required revenue targets

Specific Responsibilities   

• In conjunction with overall sales strategy, create sales and business development plans to grow SGS revenue for designated industry, market segment, accounts and/or geographical location
• Conduct market analysis to find out industry needs, pricing and trends to capture business opportunities
• Establish strong market presence through consistent participation in various industry affiliation and events
• Identify, conduct research, plan and contact potential clients to establish new business in order to achieve targeted revenue growth
• Maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients through consistent customer engagement
• Anticipate, identify, and acknowledge client’s needs and pains and translates those into sales opportunities
• Prepare quotation, service agreement, and tender within set deadlines to achieve sales performance targets
• Ensure timely and professional submission of all information and proposals as requested by clients, ensuring follow-up until closure
• Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports of Weekly Activity Report and Weekly Activity Plan
• Resolve customer complaints by addressing problems, facilitating the development of solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to managers
• Monitor customer satisfaction and achieve timely settlement of account receivables with SGS
• At all times, adopt a safe behaviour by exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures

• Actively participate in incident investigations and risk assessments as deemed necessary by SGS management
• Fulfill the requirements needed in the success of the QHSEE Management System

This position is also responsible for ensuring maintenance of credit terms within the acceptable corporate standards.

The role involves supporting the Global Head of Operations Planning and Analytics in a range of tasks and activities requiring knowledge in accounting, corporate finance, excellent communication skills and analytical business skills. The LMS Administrator is primarily responsible for tailoring the LMS to align with the organization and project’s objectives. These tasks involve setting up eLearning, crafting learning paths, and managing user permissions. WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Works on assignments dealing with the routine and daily operation, use, and configuration of the Jhpiego LMS.
• Manages community areas within the LMS including functionality, appearance, tabs, and settings.

User Management:

Course Management:

• Works with the Information Technology department to manage the course asset library.

• Develops and updates standardized tools and reporting for ongoing access to learning information; generates standard and custom reports.
• Analyzes reporting data and recommends strategic direction to HR, technical managers, or others, as appropriate.
• Creates and manages the overall course structure and sets up course programs based on specifications from the instructional designer.
• Builds online assessments and evaluations in LMS for courses.
• Manages relationships with third-party vendor LINGOs and facilitates the successful linkage of LINGO courses to the Jhpiego LMS.

Troubleshooting:

• Provides troubleshooting assistance for users regarding logging in to the LMS and accessing courses.
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues relating to system functionality and software systems.
• Serves as point of escalation for support issues, which may include interaction with LMS vendors and other vendor support services.
• Reviews and monitors system performance.
• Works with the instructional technologist and instructional designers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to accessing the LMS and course content.
