• Create and administer user guides for feature roll-outs to existing or new users/groups.
• Manage new releases of SFDC and related plug-ins and efficiently roll out new features

Who you are

• BA/BS degree required
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Salesforce.com techno-functional role
• Strong practical deployment knowledge of customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform which should include: Lightning Components using the Lightning Design System framework, Apex, API, Triggers, Apex data loader, and declarative platform tools. (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder, etc.)
• Salesforce Developer, CPQ and Sales Cloud Certification are preferred
• Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience.

Reporting Line

§ This position reports to the Regional Operations Supervisor.

Primary Responsibilities

§ Generally in-charge of maintaining the safety, quality management system and for ensuring the region’s compliance to the Global Business policies and procedures, Corporate Governance, Health and Safety, Operational Integrity, other required management system standards, applicable laws, and approved customer-related commitments.

Specific Responsibilities

About the Event Project Manager

The primary driver of in-person events, you would be project managing event deliverables related to a specific clinical study whilst keeping the IMC Project Manager (responsible for overall IMC study deliverables) abreast of status, progress, risks and issues. Being part of a team of Trading & Supply Credit Analysts, who undertake all regular (often daily) Credit Activities primarily in support of all T&S entities, including: Insurance Management activities from the SEE Sales Offices (i.e. Italy and Spain), specifically in receiving and processing of Credit Limit requests from the Sales Team, communication of the outcome and a possible negotiation, and other Controls monitoring and reporting actions.
