PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical guidance to all Certification Centres in the contribution to the achievement of Quality Goals and Performance Standards

• Provide higher level of decision with regards to technical issues of the PCA process including any discrepancy that may occur between certification centers and inspecting affiliates
• Provide the Sector, if required, with technical advice and guidance for further development of the Conformity Assessment Programs according to TFS business strategy

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Updates himself / herself with the recent developments in the area of international rules, regulations, policies and practices pertaining to Conformity Assessment.
• Develops new policies, rules, instructions for existing and new PCA contracts
• Issues technical guidelines and policies to ensure continuous and consistent adherence to TFS Business Rules, Country Instructions and other technical requirements for inspection body (ISO/IEC 17020) and product certification body (ISO/IEC 17065).
• Provides direction and coaching to the Certification Centre (CC) Leaders in the areas of

• Advises Certification Centres contract teams on complex and highly technical cases.
• Facilitates CC Management Team meeting, as required, in addressing clarifications, issues, concerns and provide updates on policy aspects.
• Recommends the appropriate resource requirements of CCs and ensure appropriate candidates are selected.
• Reports to Management any breach of integrity, solicitation for, or offer of, an improper payment or advantage coming to his/her knowledge.
• Perform other tasks to achieve operations efficiency, as maybe required by Management.
• Assist in the maintenance of the Quality Management System
• Act as Technical Manager for the Certification Centres as per ISO/IEC 17020 and ISO/IEC 17065 requirements.
  • Trade Facilitation through appropriately attuned technical policies for all PCA contract teams following Conformity Assessment Instructions, TFS Business Rules and all other related references.

  • To ensure compliance of Certification Centre to relevant standards e.g. ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17065, etc.

• Revenue download, interface and reconciliation with invoicing system when needed.

• Booking and Allocation of payments received from clients.

• Supervise correct treatment of COD (Cash On Delivery) accounts.

• Supervising Credit Notes and Invoices are properly offset, if needed.

• Ensure unapplied and unidentified payments from clients are actioned by working closely with Collections Team.

• Ensure there are no outstanding transactions related to Accounts Receivable pending on the bank reconciliation.

• Responding to inquiries from business / customers and resolve issues.

• Assist O2C Supervisor in any ad-hoc activities.

• Manage Month End closing activities, deadlines and performing the AR sub-ledger close process.

• Prepare Bad debt provision analysis and journal to be imported by R2R.

• Extract and review Unbilled Revenue ageing journal to ensure compliance with approved Tolerance grid.

• Prepare WIP journal as per affiliate instructions.

• Perform AR reconciliations and Reporting.

• Process Accounts Receivable (AR) interface lines to Oracle.

• Perform AR reconciliations.
• Assist with AR sub-ledger close process and other month-end activities (Bad debt provision, Unbilled Revenue (UBR) and Work-in-Progress (WIP) accruals)
• Ensure monthly checklists are completed by the month end and signed off by B2C
• Ensure that monthly KPIs are met.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the processing of standard files (PSI: Low risk files) following the Business Rules, Country Instructions, and other related similar references in relation to the productivity and quality targets.
• Accurately and efficiently encode information in the application system used based on received documents, Import Verification Program (IVP) Business Rules, Country Instructions, and other related or similar references.
• Review information encoded in the system based on the received trade documents to ensure that these are correctly and completely registered in the application system and administer the correction of data as needed.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in amending Reports based on review done by the Trade Analyst, as necessary, and under the guidance of the analyst.
• Actively attend and participate in team and company meetings.
• Provide suggestions on process improvements.
• Report to Management any breach of integrity, solicitation for, or offer of, an improper payment or advantage coming to his/her knowledge.
• Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned by Operations Management to achieve operations efficiency.  Examples of other tasks are as follows: Lead or Member of Special Projects or Task Force, etc.
• Assists in the maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System
• Can work on Weekends and on rotation shift basis (Morning, Mid or Night Shift)

Perform various tasks within Bill to Cash (B2C) stream such as daily cash application, processing of AR interface lines, and other day-to-day operational activities. B2C Analyst will also be involved in performing month-end closing activities. The performance should meet the requirements defined in the SLA/KPI’s.

Specific Responsibilities

 Specialist/B2C Supervisor.
 Ensure that monthly KPIs are met.

• Data entry for SR creation and CoC processing as per subcontracting models (distribution of tasks in eTrade) or for Registration and Licensing activities 

• Assists in the processing of standard files (Route B and C without Inspection) following the Business Rules, Country Instructions and other related similar references in relation to the productivity and quality targets 

• Accurately and efficiently encodes information in eTrade based on received documents, Business Rules, Country Instructions, and other related or similar references. 

• Review information encoded in the system based on the received trade documents to ensure that these are correctly and completely registered in the application system and administer the correction of data as needed. 

• Assists in amending reports based on review done by the Conformance Analyst or Key Account Officer, as necessary and under the guidance of the Supervisor. 

• Provides suggestions on process improvements. 

• Reports to Management any breach of integrity, solicitation for, or offer of, an improper payment or advantage coming to their knowledge. 

• Performs other responsibilities as may be assigned by Supervisor to achieve operations efficiency.
