As Senior Manager, Vendor Management, you will lead our efforts to drive operational excellence through strategic outsourcing and vendor partnerships. Data Management Associates are responsible for supporting the Data Management workstream within the AGS Implementation process for MSP or Procurement Solutions projects. The Data Management Associate is responsible for collecting and tracking incumbent worker data from a variety of sources, analyzing data gaps, validating data and transforming data for upload. Day-to-day direct responsibility for assisting the oversight and management of a portfolio of Depositary clients whilst providing supervision and support to Depositary Associates, including, but not limited to, asset verification (primarily ensuring that each Client Fund or Fund entity has supplied sufficient information to prove good legal title over the assets it owns), cash monitoring (primarily ensuring all cash transactions are consistent with the Funds operations, and cash balances are reconciled) and compliance oversight (primarily ensuring the Client is complying with all relevant aspects of the AIFMD), understanding the AIFMD legislation.  

Tasks 

Ensuring, by direct undertaking and by review of Depositary Associates’ work:

• Assisting the Depositary team in ensuring each Client Fund or Fund entity have supplied sufficient documentary evidence to prove effective legal title over the assets they claim to own;
• You understand risk factors across each asset class and/or the location of assets;
• You understand the legal frameworks under which assets are held;
• Assisting the Depositary team in ensuring each Client Fund or Fund entity cash flows are in consistent with its operations and cash balances reconciled
• Assisting the Depositary team in ensuring ongoing Client compliance with the AIFMD
• Taking responsibility for the duties delegated to you and to ensure that any concerns or potential risks are mitigated and where appropriate escalated to the Depositary Manager;
• Taking the initiative and to suggest new procedures to efficiently and effectively assist the team going forward;

As part of our Depositary Services team who are responsible for our Private Equity and Real Estate Fund clients; you'll build strong customer relationships with existing and new clients, external providers to gain an insight into their needs and ensure we deliver customer-centric solutions. 

Drawing on your existing experience you will be responsible for safeguarding and verifying the ownership of their assets and monitor the performance of cash flow activities, to include the oversight checks and control of valuations.

Compliance and regulations has never been more complex; you’ll need to ensure we comply with the AIFMD requirements and keep up to date with legislation, professional standards and regulatory changes affecting the Luxembourg domiciled funds, safeguarding us from potential risks.

We are seeking a driven, attention to detail Operations Officer – Data Validation to join our SKALE team to support in the following function

• Assist in verifying data submitted and correcting data that is labelled inaccurately for purpose of improving data and model accuracy
• Assist in compiling overall summary metrics based on this review and identifying trends
• Assist in addressing periodic client quality reviews
• Contribute to discussions with team on quality errors within assigned projects and help identify improvement areas

Skills Required:

What will you do?

The Accounts Receivable & Credit Officer will ensure all receipts are processed accurately and within a timely manner. This role will work with the Accounts Receivable Team Leader in delivering service quality and customer satisfaction for the Shared Services Finance function in accordance with agreed KPIs.

AR Officer Duties

• Process bank statement receipts on a daily basis
• Process incoming cheques received by Aurecon local offices
• Ensure all Unidentified Receipts are allocated
• Issue AR Manual invoices from requests
• Update AR reports; Employee Recoverable and Unidentified
• Recover Unclaimed Monies related to the company
• Clear the AR Email Inbox; resolve queries, file remittances, and admin tasks
• Assist Bank reconciliation officers & accountants with banking queries
• Complete month-end tasks and reports
• Update AR documentation
• Support and promote process efficiency system improvement
• Inform management if identifying internal control and company policy breaches
• Provide feedback and support to management
• Assist with ad-hoc duties, tasks, when required.

Credit Officer Duties

• Delivery of invoices to clients electronically on day of issue
• Initial follow up of invoices after 7 days to ensure client has received the invoice and requires no further information or assistance
• Source additional information if requested to do so by the client
• Friendly Reminder that payment has not been received, where payment due date is missed by 2 days
• Demonstrate the ability to disseminate information for inclusion in the Aurecon Client Credit Risk Assessment Form (C-CRAF) for approval under the Delegation of Authority.
• Ordering of Credit Reports from Credit Reporting agencies.
• New client registration and management of information in the client database.
• New and reactivated Client Global reporting and audit.
• Monitoring and maintenance of clients inactive > 12 months as required under the Credit Policy.
• Working Capital Reporting and analysis for Credit Limit recommendation with appropriate DOA approval.
• Extended Terms reporting and ensuring approval is renewed when expired.
• Other duties as requested from time to time.

Training and Performance Development (within the Shared Services Finance Team)

• Work with the Accounts Receivable Team Leader to meet agreed training and performance development goals
• Actively work to achieve set goals
• Identify any knowledge gaps and escalate concerns to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader
