Data Management Associates are responsible for supporting the Data Management workstream within the AGS Implementation process for MSP or Procurement Solutions projects. The Data Management Associate is responsible for collecting and tracking incumbent worker data from a variety of sources, analyzing data gaps, validating data and transforming data for upload. The Data Management Associate will be responsible for discovering and resolving gaps in data to prepare the information for loading into a VMS. The Data Management Associate will attend all internal and external project calls, and report workstream status. The Data Management Associate will build the necessary relationships between outside vendors, clients and internal project teams to complete project tasks on deadline and with quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Work within a team to collect, organize and validate data using a proprietary AGS data collection tool

This role is primarily responsible for providing support for knowledge management, marketing, and business development systems. The key focus is to manage data and content required for the development of bid and proposal documents, including information used to develop employee resumes/CVs and project profile content, data used for the development of project descriptions and project information, and data needed for qualifications and proposals such as employee counts by office, office locations by country/region, and employee disciplines by office/state/country and region.

• Manage employee information including license information and project experiences and normalize data and content to ensure consistency with all the employees connected to the projects
• Collaborate with Marketing team and support information requests for site content and searches, updates to individual marketing collateral libraries, and organize data and compile results using company templates in line with corporate guidelines
• Create and maintain reports on staff breakdowns with various parameters including location, business line, and region
• Manage project profiles content and data including description summaries and metadata essential to searching and reporting
• Research large-dollar projects to find online content and add it to the description
• Research projects where the listed owner/end client is an AEC firm, to find the end client and adjust the AECOM role
• Conduct searches and produce export summary reports 
• Update and maintain opportunity records and proposal libraries post submission

Client Services works with issuers, acquirers, processors and merchants worldwide to develop and deliver the support model for Visa Inc. This includes day-to-day operations and product support, back-office support and customer performance reporting. Client Services includes the Rules and Compliance function, which supports the structural foundation of the Visa Payments network. 

Rules and Compliance ensures the safety, security and integrity of the payment system and supports Visa clients in the development of their electronic payments business.

Role:

This is an individual contributor operational role, to provide support with respect to creating and implementing compliance solutions that meet the regulatory and strategic compliance objectives of Visa. The jobholder will help coordinate important programs promoting the integrity of Visa transactions. What You Will Be Doing:

• Manages global incidents across multiple data center environments to protect production systems critical to business success.

• Ensures contractual service level agreements are met in support of client and company mission-critical business requirements.

• Works across a wide array of product lines and engages various levels of management on a day to day basis.

• Develops, coordinates and promotes incident and problem management activities across the entire enterprise and takes responsibility for effective functioning of these processes across organization.

• Provides immediate response and coordination aimed at minimizing the duration of service interruptions.

• Makes decisions regarding real-time incident resolution activities and selecting client situations for executive & management escalation updates.

• Acts as a liaison between the business and technology teams for high severity incidents (priority 1 and 2 spanning across the entire enterprise and escalates as appropriate.

• Maintains trend data and metrics related to incidents and problems for clients and executive reporting.

• Recommends and documents departmental standards and procedures.

• Consults with other teams on proper integration and correlation of the incident and problem management process and their respective areas.

• Reviews and recommends, as appropriate, changes to support processes to ensure continuous improvement of the incident and problem management process.

• Facilitates daily, weekly and monthly tactical meetings as well as creates incident reports as determined by business and technology needs.

Job Responsibilities

1. Support implementation, administer and monitor collateral management processes, including regular reporting, and administration.
2. State Deposit Processing and Monitoring.
3. Collate and report metrics to demonstrate progress toward group goals.
