In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our data analytics and business intelligence initiatives. • Provides assistance to BI team in all aspects of the development, testing, data validations and implementation of the project
• Learn and understand Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence (BI) and ETL
• Gain expertise in BI tools such as IBM Cognos, Power BI and Staq and utilize them on future projects
• Work with the team in documenting project details, workflows, technical specifications and operational procedures
• Continually improving coding skills

The External Services Officer is responsible for the effective management and implementation of subcontracting to ensure the compliance of subcontractors in accordance with the Government Regulatory and Company’s business requirement.

• Guides the department in planning the work to be subcontracted that is aligned with the goals of the projects as well as identification of qualified subcontractors.
• Recommends improvements, implements and monitors subcontracting process and procedures.
• Recommends process improvement on subcontracting procedure in the system.
• Assists in the execution of subcontracting signed agreement. Ensures all the requirements are submitted and complied.
• Consolidates and ensures subcontractor’s concern and/or incidents not limited to operational issues are resolved swiftly and recommend resolution.
• Facilitates approval of additional subcon plantilla, consolidates and updates on the plantilla registry.
• Ensures that subcontractors are informed and updated on the requirements of concerned departments.
• Ensures and monitors compliance of the service provider to applicable wage orders.
• Ensures accurate and timely reporting of HC and Subcontractors business Compliance
• Conducts and ensures requirements on performance evaluation to all contractors are being taken religiously
• Conducts regular meetings with subcontractors to keep track of the performance.
• Prepares budget for any related subcon expenses.
• Understands legal requirements at execution level related to management of Subcontractor, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinates with HR and Legal on legal compliance.
• Performs other tasks as may be directed by immediate superior.

Providing scalable, quality conveyancing support and services to buyers and sellers across the retail residential market, the Legal Delivery team works across all states in Australia and includes a large team of operational specialists in the Philippines.

We are seeking for a Admin Officer to work as part of a team providing service and support to Client Services team through lead conversion, assisting Lawyers in preparation of contract review, assisting Paralegals and Australian clerks in accomplishing some clerical works from matter creation to settlement.

Duties include:

• Opening files for Client by creating matters and do basic checking of the contract and client details based on the procedure
• Manages contract review calendar booking
• Assigns matter to file handlers based on their daily capacity
• Prepares contract review for the Lawyers
• Carry out administrative duties such as partial data entry and forwarding of emails to file handlers
• Report to and update the leader of any issues encountered by the team for resolution
• Ensure tasks are verified and completed in a timely manner
• Participates in the investigation of the problem and implementation of actions 
• Ensure compliance with the procedures

• Manage and enhance the work relationship with the 50-80 partner restaurant chains through regular, personal contact with the restaurant manager.
• Negotiate exclusive deals and marketing ads with the best partner restaurants in order to increase the orders and at the same time safeguarding the relationship quality to the partner restaurant

Brokers' BackOffice is a Sydney based outsourcing firm specialised in handling loans processing for mortgage brokers operating in Australia. We are currently seeking an experienced loan processor to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mortgage processing, having worked alongside brokers and possess end-to-end expertise in handling loan applications.

Key responsibilities

• Policy Analysis: Thoroughly understand and stay updated on various lenders' policies and criteria to accurately assess loan applications.
• Pricing Requests: Conduct pricing requests and comparisons to ensure clients receive competitive loan offers.
• Borrowing Power Assessment: Evaluate clients' financial situations to determine their borrowing capacity and provide detailed borrowing power assessments.
• Scenario Discussions: Engage in discussions with lender BDMs to present and discuss various loan scenarios, seeking the best outcomes for clients.
• Document Verification: Verify all relevant documents provided by clients, including identification, payslips, and bank statements.
• Income Determination: Assess clients' income based on payslips and tax returns to ensure accurate loan assessments.
• Application Lodgement: Prepare and lodge loan applications with lenders, ensuring all necessary information and documentation is included.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with mortgage brokers and clients to gather necessary financial information and clarify any discrepancies.
• Facilitating the loan process up to settlement, including communication with solicitors, lenders, clients, and other related parties
• Post-settlement tasks such as pricing and rate reviews
• Handling complex and/or urgent requests
• Admin tasks like email monitoring, chasing lenders for updates on applications and communicating with various lenders

• Proven experience in loan processing within the Australian mortgage industry.
• Proficiency in end-to-end loan processing tasks.
• Demonstrate impeccable written and verbal communication skills in liaising with brokers, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
