WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?

• Manage professional scheduling for the VP of Tax Administration Group, including agendas, email, phone calls, and other company logistics
• Serve as a primary point of contact between the Tax Administration Group and other groups within the Conglomerate, including helping to coordinate the work of the different groups and providing administrative support for meetings.
• Maintain email and other contact directories (both for internal and external customers)
  Answer and respond to phone calls, prioritize emails, communicate messages and information to VP, Tax and the team.
• Organize team communications, including scheduling, sending invite, reminder, etc.
• Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements for the team in case of out-of-town BIR fieldworks
• Maintain paper and electronic filings systems, especially the confidential and sensitive information/documents.
• Handle printing, mail/ packages, copying, filing, and email/messages.
• Assist in preparing the team’s annual budget.
• Prepare, reconcile and submit expense reports on a monthly basis, or as needed.
• Monitor and handle ordering of office supplies and other assets (e.g., laptop, printer, filing cabinets and etc.) needed by the team
• File and monitor VP, Tax and the team’s reimbursements via Concur, as well as handling all needed requirements by Aspen
• File and handle the team’s other expenses, such as training, seminars, meetings and subscriptions thru SimpliRFP and monitor payments to the corresponding suppliers
• Other additional administrative and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time

• Carries the view of all campaigns planned by their assigned business/businesses within the quarter/semester/year and is able to align these with masterbrand equity-building efforts and to track success of business/brand proposition, and to link these to cumulative segment penetration over time.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize tools like Ahrefs or Semrush to audit websites and assess online presence, gathering essential data for sales efforts.

• Initiate outbound cold calls to prospects, presenting Pronto's services and assessing their needs and interests.

Qualifications

• Digital marketing expertise: SEO, Google Ads, website management with 2-3years of relevant experience in using AHREFS, SEMrush or Google Ads Keyword Planner to perform keyword research for search engine marketing campaigns.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales or account management.

• Strong B2B and digital marketing background.
• Advanced English proficiency in writing and speaking.

Key Accountabilities:

2. Program Development and Implementation a. Leads the development of internal communication and employee engagement policies and annual programs to support the business and human capital agenda of the Company. These programs may include, but are not limited to, the following

3. Employer Branding, Messaging and Content Development

b. Prepares communication materials (e-newsletter, infographics, short videos, digital shows, and others) and ensures innovative, engaging and consistent messaging across the organization and full alignment to company values and distinct culture.

4. Conduct of Annual Communication Survey

a. Contributes to increasing employee engagement by conducting the annual communication survey and providing valuable feedback and inputs to future plans and program execution.

5. Functional Guidance and Partnership with Line Management a. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive research usage and customer engagement.  Work closely with the Marketing Director to develop engage marketing programs to drive retention and customer growth such as new customer onboarding program, client at risk program, referral program.  Deliver marketing activities to assist sales and product teams on meeting revenue targets.  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the marketing objectives are aligned with the other departments goals.  Partner with the marketing director to develop and monitor metrics and dashboards to understand industry trends and practices.  Identify trends and insights from existing database to drive engage campaigns.  Measure and report performance of all marketing activities: analyze campaign performance through thoughtful and insightful reporting.  Develop KPI framework and benchmarks to measure success of campaigns so to ensure continuous improvement.

Maintain a client service orientation by managing day-to-day administration of client service and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects. 

Responsibilities 

• Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management
