Manage the Client Care SharePoint site and Viva Engage - sourcing content, developing compelling stories and incorporating the corporate and People Experience (PX) messaging throughout.
Assist in organizing and provide support for key meetings and employee events, such as employee and management town hall meetings including developing presentations, notifying participants, coordinating logistics and scheduling guest speakers.
Develop editorial content -- written, audio and visual for posting on internal communications platforms.
Manage special projects independently and across the Client Care organization.

The Communication Manager oversees the internal and external communications strategy of the Ubisoft Philippines Studio and the Zone, ensuring that the communication needs of the Ubisoft group are being fulfilled.  

Reporting directly to the Zone Communications Director, you will focus on employee and executive strategic communications, supporting the Managing Director and Philippine Studio Manager.

• Support the Luxembourg-based Compliance team of the AIFM (IQ EQ Fund management (Luxembourg) S.A.) in preparing “Know Your Relationship” (KYR) files for both onboarding of new relationships but also for the periodic review (or refresh) of the KYR documentation.

Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)[1]

KYR officer will:

• Review and analyze the necessary KYR documents received to onboard new relationships clients and to perform the periodic refresh of the KYR files (based on a risk-based approach);
• Generate and manage reports on KYR files, including creating checklists to track document statuses for each relationship;
• Support implementation and maintenance of document collection procedures, including monitoring shared folders for updates;
• Conduct checks using screening tools like WorldCheck for name screening against financial sanctions lists, PEPs, and regulatory enforcement entities;
• Perform Adverse Media controls;
• Escalate significant AML/CFT deficiencies and issues identified to the Compliance team;
• Provide support to the Compliance department for any ad-hoc requests from various stakeholders (e.g. preparation of KYR files for control purposes, screening on prospects, etc);
• Have a high level of autonomy and support other Manilla team members with their questions

Responsibilities (how we will measure success)

The successful incumbent will represent the first line of defense, with a focus on providing quality periodic review work on both clients and investors, supporting the Asia Pacific Team. The tasks will be completed in accordance with internal AML/CFT policies and procedures, as well as international and domestic AML/CFT regulations and guidelines. This role will be to support the Fund Administration and Corporate Services segments.

Periodic Review

• Perform AML/KYC periodic reviews and drive remediation efforts on existing clients to ensure all gaps are closed and in accordance with applicable regulations.
• To support team members in conducting screening, review of due diligence documents including source of funds & wealth, and risk assessments within established timelines.
• To ensure KYC documents are up to date and properly recorded/refreshed.
• To provide independent recommendations to mitigate the identified risks across the existing client book where necessary, and/or be responsible for escalating the findings to the necessary stakeholders.
• To assist the wider cluster teams with managing client data and trackers to see through the completion of full client KYC lifecycles.
• To perform management reporting on key statistics and status updates in an efficient manner.
• To support wider department initiatives in terms of policy and system application.
• Be the point of contact for clients to collect due diligence documents in relation to periodic reviews and provide timely responses to the same.
• To act as a resource to the other departments and stakeholders where required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical guidance to all Certification Centres in the contribution to the achievement of Quality Goals and Performance Standards

• Provide higher level of decision with regards to technical issues of the PCA process including any discrepancy that may occur between certification centers and inspecting affiliates

The Labor Relations (External Services Officer) is responsible for the effective management and implementation of subcontracting to ensure the compliance of subcontractors in accordance with the Government Regulatory and Company’s business requirement.

1. Guide the department in planning the work to be subcontracted that is aligned with the goals of the projects as well as identification of qualified subcontractors. 
2. Recommend improvements, implements and monitors subcontracting process and procedures. 
3. Recommend, proposes improvement on subcontracting procedure in the system. 
4. Support in the execution of  subcontracting signed agreements.  Ensures all the requirements are submitted and complied. 
5. Consolidates and ensures subcontractor’s concern and/or incidents not limited to operational issues are resolved swiftly and recommend resolution.

Based in Manila, Philippines. you will work with a growing team of multidisciplinary specialists globally (Product, Treasury, Expansion, Engineers) to help build world-class products in the Philippines. You’ll also manage and strengthen the teams’ relationships with regulators by being the regulator’s point of contact, keeping everybody informed and protecting our most valuable asset – our customers.

Your mission:

• Building and continuously improving the compliance program in line with our mission to be instant, convenient, transparent and eventually free.
• Maintain our regulatory licence for the Philippines: (i) regulatory reporting and filing, (ii) regulatory liaison and (iii) leading our audits.
• Build trust with our regulator: manage and coordinate meaningful reporting internally and externally, respond to information requests, and proactively communicate product changes and notifiable events.
