• Data entry for SR creation and CoC processing as per subcontracting models (distribution of tasks in eTrade) or for Registration and Licensing activities

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Identifies and evaluates hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace. Conducts on-site inspections to assess physical conditions and safe work practices. Implements immediate corrective actions appropriately.

The Client Service Rep is responsible for providing support to clients of Compliance Services.  The Compliance Services team provide services to the pharmaceutical and med device industries.  Work including Transparency Support and Outsourcing, Grants Management, HCP Screening and Tiering, and HCP Contracting.  Our teams need to provide service that is very accurate, timely, and with good customer service. 

The Client Service Rep delivers work every day using our proprietary software.  For that reason, comfort using technologies is critical.  Detailed process orientation and superior communication skills is very important.  Experience with pharmaceutical compliance regulations is helpful but not required.  Experience with legal contract concepts is helpful.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the creation, organization, maintenance, and dissemination of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), articles, and other essential knowledge resources for the success of our contact center operations.

Accountabilities in this role

• Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy that will enhance the quality and accessibility of information in the contact center.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps, record best practices, and develop new SOPs and articles as required.
• Maintain a centralized repository of SOPs, articles, training materials, and other knowledge resources for contact center agents' simple access.
• Review and update existing content on a regular basis to ensure accuracy, currency, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Implement effective knowledge sharing processes to cultivate collaboration and a culture of lifelong learning among contact center employees.
• Collaborate closely with the training and quality assurance teams to align knowledge materials with training curriculums and performance metrics.
• Create and administer metrics to monitor the efficacy of knowledge management initiatives, including content usage, search performance, and agent performance enhancements.
• Recommend enhancements to existing processes and tools and keep updated of industry trends and emergent technologies related to knowledge management.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

· Proven experience (7+ years) in knowledge management, preferably within a contact center or customer service environment.

· Strong understanding of contact center operations, processes, and customer service principles.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

· Proficiency in using knowledge management tools and software.

· Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions.

· Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

· Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence change within the organization.

What IT Client Services contributes to Cardinal Health

Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value.

IT Client Services provides Tier 1-3 virtual and physical support to the organization's end users for software, hardware, conference room technology and meeting support, warehouse technology, server, network, and enterprise systems issues. Frequently responding to escalated issues from the IT Service Center family, this job family resolves user requests through discussions with users and coordination with internal and external resources and provides education and trainings to users to facilitate knowledge transfer and prevent problem reoccurrence. IT Client Services also maintains ownership for certain end user productivity platforms and capabilities, such as virtual environments and collaboration toolsets, and addresses service outages. This job family acquires, installs and upgrades PC components and software, while also performing asset management for software and hardware.

Job Requirements:

• Expertise in Apple MacOS and iOS Operating System support and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Expertise in Python scripting language.
• JAMF (Apple Device Management) software deployment and patch management
• 4-8 years of experience in supporting Apple iOS & Mac operating system environments
• Experience with Apple Mac hardware platforms: Laptop & tablet
• Experience supporting and managing corporate Mac environments.
• Experience and familiarity with Raspberry Pi hardware platforms and use cases
• Experience managing distributed Raspberry Pi environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 support for desktop applications.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Creating groups and profiles within Intune and MDM enrollment
