The Brand Associate is responsible for strategic positioning and brand promotion of a specific brand to be able to capture the attention of target consumers. He/She analyses and monitors market trends to assess the impact of branding and promotional activities on the ground.
✅Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Marketing, Advertising and/or Communications, Business, or its equivalent.
✅Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
✅Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals and procedures.
✅Strong leadership.
✅Ability to work within defined timeline.
✅Analytical thinker in terms of forecasting and branding plans.
✅Good stress and time management.
✅Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information.
✅Ability to multitask.
✅Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
✅Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
At least 5 years of professional experience in Brand Management.
✅Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions.
✅Creative and detail oriented.
✅Accuracy in work outputs.
✅Highly dependable and a fast learner.
✅Organized, flexible, assertive, and has a high sense of urgency.
✅Demonstrate sound work ethics.
