The Global Safety Operational Solutions Coordinator will assist the Safety Operations Team and Global Head of Safety in providing expert advice and supporting safety operational solutions for all SGS affiliates worldwide.

This role encompasses a wide range of transversal responsibilities aimed at promoting a culture of safety and developing best practices in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management.

Key Responsibilities:

HSE Operational Advice and Support

• Collaborative Compliance: Collaborate with Regional and Country Health & Safety Managers and risk experts to ensure HSE compliance in line with SGS Health & Safety standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Communications and Learning Development: Help develop communications and learning materials to highlight risks in field and lab operations.
• Assessments and Audits: Participate in and/or lead HSE assessments and audits to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and use performance indicators and data analysis to monitor safety operations’ performance and establish action plans.

Safety Management System (SMS) Maintenance and Enrichment

• Continuous Improvement: Assist in the ongoing review, enhancement, and documentation of the Safety Management System (SMS) to ensure it aligns with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Content Development: Develop and incorporate technical and digestible content into the SMS, including procedures, guidelines, and educational materials, to enhance understanding and compliance across the organization (e.g., visual management, cheat-sheets).

Accelerate the Adoption and Utilization of Safety Digital Tools

• Global Implementation: Drive the implementation and utilization of safety digital tools globally.
• Performance Assessment: Assess the effectiveness and performance of adopted tools to ensure they enhance safety operations.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical issues, perform regular updates, and provide training and support to maximize tool efficiency.

Merger & Acquisition Safety Due Diligence

• Due Diligence Activities: Participate in safety due diligence activities during mergers and acquisitions.

Integration Support: Assist in the integration of acquired entities into the existing safety framework and standards.

The Engagement Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties for the engagement of Care Professionals. The Engagement Coordinator is expected to meet the needs of the Care Pros and develop and maintain a workplace culture that retains quality Care Pros.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Schedule and assist with Care Pro training including training required to meet company Standards and additional optional training.
• Review Care Logs for any anomalies and contact pertinent parties by phone and email.
• Schedule and conduct Care Pro engagement meetings.
• Monitor clock ins and notify appropriate persons when CG is late, etc and follow-up with CG and/or client
• Develop engagement strategies that utilize the 5 Care Pro needs to promote Care Pro retention and satisfaction.
• Work in partnership with the Scheduling and recruiting Departments to review Care Pro schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and extraordinary relationships.
• Monitor, mediate, and log all client and Care Pro activity utilizing the software system.
• Prepare and publish the monthly newsletter within the deadline.
• Assign monthly Empower CEU’s to all care pros and ensure they are paid for the training.
• Plan and successfully execute all Care Pro meetings.
• Following the company Standards; conduct reference checks, work verifications, and drug screens on all Care Pros.
• Alert at risk expired certifications to RRC.
• Assist with New hire onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
• Demonstrate open and effective communication with the franchise owner, colleagues, Care Pros, clients and family members.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Secondary Responsibilities: 

• Conduct client/Care Pro introductions as needed.
• Assist when scheduling needs arise such as immediate call offs or all hands on deck
• Answer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner. 

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in managing and assisting employee concerns
• WellSky/ClearCare experience is required
• Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
• Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
• Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
• Must demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with office standards, practices, policies and procedures

Drawing on your existing experience you will be responsible for the AML/KYC preparation, analysis and set-up of the investors’ files eg. Individual, Company, Trust, Foundation, Regulated entity.

Responsibilities (how we will measure success)

The successful incumbent will represent the first line of defense, with a focus on providing quality periodic review work on both clients and investors, supporting the Asia Pacific Team. The tasks will be completed in accordance with internal AML/CFT policies and procedures, as well as international and domestic AML/CFT regulations and guidelines. This role will be to support the Fund Administration and Corporate Services segments.

Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)

Periodic Review

• Perform AML/KYC periodic reviews and drive remediation efforts on existing clients to ensure all gaps are closed and in accordance with applicable regulations.
• To support team members in conducting screening, review of due diligence documents including source of funds & wealth, and risk assessments within established timelines.
• To ensure KYC documents are up to date and properly recorded/refreshed.
• To provide independent recommendations to mitigate the identified risks across the existing client book where necessary, and/or be responsible for escalating the findings to the necessary stakeholders.
• To assist the wider cluster teams with managing client data and trackers to see through the completion of full client KYC lifecycles.
• To perform management reporting on key statistics and status updates in an efficient manner.
• To support wider department initiatives in terms of policy and system application.
• Be the point of contact for clients to collect due diligence documents in relation to periodic reviews and provide timely responses to the same.
• To act as a resource to the other departments and stakeholders where required.
