About the Role

As a Marketplace Content Associate, you will report directly to the Trust & Safety Associate Manager. You will perform content moderation in all areas related to Trust and Safety across all countries where Carousell operates. You will act as a generalist who will perform actions to support the content integrity of the platform, with internal and external user experience in mind. This is a full-time project-based (12 months) role based in Ortigas, Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines.

You will:

• Perform manual moderation functions for incoming listings / users  from different sources of report.
• Ensure listings and users in our platform are compliant to our policies.
• Identify and act on suspicious or undesirable content or behavior in our platform.
• Perform moderation functions using different tools.
• Identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions to enhance User experience to keep the marketplace safe.

Seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, and reliable Laboratory and Monitoring Officer for Fixed Term employment who will be responsible for providing assistance in impact assessments to identify, assess, and reduce the organization’s environment risks and impacts and recommend corrective actions related to environmental monitoring, assessment, research, and studies. AR Officer Duties

• Process bank statement receipts on a daily basis
• Process incoming cheques received by Aurecon local offices
• Ensure all Unidentified Receipts are allocated
• Issue AR Manual invoices from requests
• Update AR reports; Employee Recoverable and Unidentified
• Recover Unclaimed Monies related to the company
• Clear the AR Email Inbox; resolve queries, file remittances, and admin tasks

The Representative II, Customer Service Operations processes orders for distribution centers and other internal customers in accordance to scheduling, demand planning and inventory. The Representative II administers orders in internal systems and responds to customer questions, clearly communicating delays, issues and resolutions. This job also processes non-routine orders, such as product samples, and ensures that special requirements are included in an order.

Responsibilities

• Processes routine customer orders according to established demand plans, schedules and lead times using SAP and other internal systems. Enters all necessary order information, reviews order contents, and ensures that orders are closed once completed.
• Responds to inquiries from internal customers, such as Distribution Centers, regarding order tracking information as well as on-hold, back order and high priority statuses.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of BPO experience
• SHS Grad / completed 2 years in college (Old HS curriculum) / college graduate

What is expected of you and others at this level

• Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete standard tasks
• Works on routine assignments that require basic problem resolution
• Refers to policies and past practices for guidance
• Receives general direction on standard work; receives detailed instruction on new assignments
• Consults with supervisor or senior peers on complex and unusual problems
