The Safety Specialist is responsible for coordinating and implementing Occupational Safety and Health plans and programs of Pilmico.  He/she inspect workplaces for adherence to regulations on safety, health, and the environment. He/she also develops programs to prevent harm or injury to workers and damage to the environment.

The Client Service Rep delivers work every day using our proprietary software.  For that reason, comfort using technologies is critical.  Detailed process orientation and superior communication skills is very important.  Experience with pharmaceutical compliance regulations is helpful but not required.  Experience with legal contract concepts is helpful.

You will perform content moderation in all areas related to Trust and Safety across all countries where Carousell operates. You will act as a generalist who will perform actions to support the content integrity of the platform, with internal and external user experience in mind. This is a full-time project-based (12 months) role based in Ortigas, Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines.

You will:

• Perform manual moderation functions for incoming listings / users  from different sources of report.
• Ensure listings and users in our platform are compliant to our policies.
• Identify and act on suspicious or undesirable content or behavior in our platform.
• Perform moderation functions using different tools.
• Identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions to enhance User experience to keep the marketplace safe.
• Respond to tickets in relation to fraud, disputes, account enforcement, and authority requests.
• Respond to escalation from different channels in the organization
