• Responsible for performing and completing the third party audit cycle, and conducting training programs specifically regarding Energy Management, Environmental and Health and Safety.

• Conducts and completes the whole audit cycle, either as a team member or team leader in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. 
• Conducts desk study of the client’s management system.  
• Prepares checklist and itinerary as guide during audit.  
• Conducts audit on site or on-line according to procedures.  
• Prepares and completes audit package, including close-out of technical queries using available application (DIGIAPP, CERTIQ). Note: Uploads to CERTIQ completed audit pack.

• Rescheduled activities as required and report on non-compliance times
• Liaise with technicians to reduce work in progress times and close off jobs more efficiently
• Monitor overall maintenance progress and achievement of major milestones
• Completing monthly invoicing to meet targets
• Completion of procurement including raising purchase orders and amendments
• Develop process documentation and maintain a filing system
