Primary Responsibilities
- Respond appropriately to learner needs for clarification and feedback
- Evaluate learner performance
- Prepare appropriate reports
- Evaluates class and individual agent level performance
- Demonstrates patience with all types of learners
- Coaches employees one on one; creation of audits trackers and files
- Conducts pre and post training surveys where applicable
- Collaborate with other support/functional groups to achieve positive results
- Works with operations to address employee performance gaps
- Participates in client interaction
• Minimum of 6 months in the BPO industry as a TRAINER
• Strong computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently
• Willing to work in a Nightshift
• Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati and Shaw, Mandaluyong
