WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As the Manager of Global Total Rewards, you will provide support to our most important asset: our people. Your mission is to review, develop, and implement the best benefit & compensation strategies at Boldr. You will ensure that compensation and benefits programs support the organization's business objectives and meet all legal requirements. You will develop and manage compensation and benefits budgets. The Assistant Sales Manager position is responsible for revenue generation from new and existing customers within event portfolio in Informa Markets Philippines. This role will manage Sales to different tier customers depending on the market and brand context.  This team is critical to the business, as the key to our success is retention, growth and cultivating new business.

The Sales role will involve a combination of internal and external sales activity, meeting customers face to face and attending competitor events.
